Amazingly beautiful new hotel”

This is a great room for rent in the centric area of Saigon / Ho Chi Minh city. It was a big surprise for me when I reached the building in an alley. It was so new and beautiful with alot of plants and trees and flowers. Also the lobby is just so wide and no one there so that can make you feel the whole house is yours. Inside the room, everything is clean and clear, well organized, like 4 or 5 stars hotel. Although there were some paints of the new building but I felt so good with the fresh air and the quiet and privacy here. Will be back for sure.

Near market, convenient store, I could find almost everything near area. The staff is very friendly, such a beautiful and clean home with many drawings.

Bad customer care when problems occur.”

Customer care was bad. The worst I ever experienced. They wouldn't help you when you got stuck in the big rain a hundred meters away from the house (Taxi can't go through the alley). And when I took my chance went in the rain with electronic stuff through the front door, I rang the bell like hell, no one answered (and they said there was one staff in the house). I had hard time hearing the passcode because of the rain and my phone was soaked with water again and again (I was thinking why didn't they call the one staff in the house to open the door!!). At least, the telecare was calm, but not flexible when the problems occur. The pros is the room was new and clean. (There was fragrance they sprayed into the room I couldn't stand, though).

The room is quite clean but bed sheet and comforter little dusty when check in. The room have many worm at the bed frame and ceiling. We have been bite and have to buy medicine. When inform hotel there give us aerosol spray buy only kill mosquito. We been suffer from icthy and buy medicine for 5days. And staff not often come clean room and give water. We have to ask and only come clean rooms , throw rubbish and give water . But got one men very good and helpful. Only those cleaning lady very lazy and not doing good job, need to ask only work. When door no open they won't come to knock for cleaning. But one time when we go out they go in room to clean without notice by us. Cleaning lady keep on phone when cleaning and complaint we put towel at kitchen. The place too small at toilet so after bath towel no place to put. The renovation too loud even midnight still working and noisy from other room can be hear. So far the hotel is good but taxi can't go in so little far to take luggage to go along g the way to hotel. Room this 13days stay have good and bad experience. Just they should improve on bell to get help for room service and staff can't speak English.

Everything is in the average standard, but I expect the room can be cleaned every day, but the lady said only clean once for 3 days, and get pissed off when we were trying to ask her to help with cleaning. In overall: 3/10.

Not a good place at all”

Location is abit hard to find, you’ll have to leave your shoes outside and wear theirs slippers provided by the property ( not very clean, so do prep your own slippers if you have ) Room was abit dirty, i found a used wet tissue in the drawers next to the bed, hair in the bathroom, underneath the pillows & in the closet. It was very noisy during the day as the staffs clean up other rooms & trust me, their talking & closing the doors was super loud. Extended my room for 1 more day as i need to work & transferred payment via internet banking (all done & payment received), somehow they didn’t informed the staffs at the property. As I was taking a nap & someone tried to open the door and enter my room. After that, the receptionist uncle came up asking for the room charge. Overall, not a great experience at all. I left on the day and didn’t stay the next day. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone this property at all.
