Cool cozy place in the heart of Saigon”

Cozrum Homes Dragon House is an awesome place to stay!!! Located in a very quiet alley in the heart of Saigon. You can literally walk everywhere from that place in a matter of minutes. A few minutes to War museum, few minutes to turtle lake and Saigon Notre dame cathedral and also there is a huge park nearby. There are many cool restaurants nearby so you won't be hungry as well. The room is amazing as well. very spacious and clean. It has a small kitchen with all the necessary tools you need, a huge TV and even a hot tub. The bed is comfortable and big. If you are travelling to Saigon then you should definitely stay there. You won't regret

One of the best home i ever stayed”

The room i booked from Cozrum Homes Dragon House meets my expectation as it was spacious, clean as well as being in the center of Ho Chi Minh city. I met the home owner once and he is friendly and helpful. Also note that room cleaners only set up your room before you checking and after you check out so technically your room is left intact during the trip. The home doesn't have any elevator of any kind, only stairs so i would recommend for traveler with light baggage. The trip was excellence, would recommend with friend and probably come back here again.

Really cool self check-in hotel”

Really enjoyed my stay here. One of the best value for money rooms in my Vietnam vacation so far. Overall I was highly impressed with the cleanliness and size of the rooms. The self check-in was very nice with automated lights and auto locking doors. Staff were prompt to send me details on how to check-in and how to find the cozy hotel tucked away from the busy streets of Saigon. Thank you very much!

Wonderful experience”

I hire this place many times and always love it. The room is cozy and tidy. There is a big television with many interesting shows. It makes me feel comfortable just like I am at home.

Nice little spot”

This room had everything we needed for our speedy stay in HCM. It was clean, had plenty of amenities and was located right in the heart of the action. Unfortunately we had to leave early so didn't get a chance to use the shared kitchen or really visit anywhere in the surrounding area. The room could be a little small for two people however so bear this in mind. Staff are very chatty online and seemed to be willing to help with any issues.

Very nice room wish it had curtains as it’s very bright in the morning. Great wifi and loved the water refill station!

Great place for the price”

Good location and nice building. Cleaning standards weren't the best though, bathroom drain totally blocked with other people's hair and stained bed linen. Get the cleaner to be a bit more thorough and this place would be amazing.

Well equipped studio with cozy Studio. We really enjoyed having our privacy. The staff were only a call/text away and were really helpful and friendly. Recommend

Fun Place!!”

Friendly staff who were very helpful when I wasnt able to find the place right away. Room was very clean and fairy quiet. My son and i enjoyed the lounge space when you first come in. There is a piano, lots of books, some toys and a wonderful coo-coo clock that we would run down from our room and watch go off!! location was great for the places I needed to go. And there is a cute beer bar, tapas restaurant and a full brewery on the same street. So things to do locally. Thanks so much. Julie

Cozy studio room at a good price. Excellent communication with host. Straightforward self check in process. Multiple layers of security to enter made me feel safe. A bit loud in the day with the sound of motorbikes and construction but it was surprisingly quiet at night so I had a great sleep

Small home”

It's like a small home in the city with a cooktop, microwave oven, bowls, utensils, and cutlery. The room was small but comfy.

My room was at the 4th floor and they don’t have an elevator, fun exercises :) There was a washing/ drying machine noises going on 24/7 on the upper level. Sometimes it sounded like someone was gonna drill a hole in your ceiling and it was annoying. The blanket was too small for two people. You might have a flight with your partner while sleeping and that might leads to a break up some how. Apart from that, everything else was very good. Would recommend it, would come back but next time I will just ask for a lower room then.
