Good”

The room is spacious but not clean at all. There were stains on the kitchen counters, ants and spiders were in the room, esp in the wc and on the kitchen counters. The basement was flooded and it was difficult to access the stair. The gate opened/closed slowly as well and it was dangerous when you had to wait for it to close completely while you were outside in the dark alley at nightime. Overall i feel uncomfortable with this branch of Cozrum, I stayed previously at some other branches and was usually pleased wt the cleanliness. I dont think i would choose this branch again, although the location is great wt lots of restaurants nearby in the alley.

The appt is quite spacious, fully-equipped and clean while the staff is helpful. However, the alley is itself noisy due to night karaoke and craft beer drinking. With a heavy suitcase, it is quite a job to hand-carry it upstair without elevators. Very good location with many food shop and restaurant and stores nearby.

Freedom”

So clean, spacious and modern. So worth the money to get your own space and relax. The owner is still happy to help if you need any but you can just keep yourself to yourself if you want to. Make sure you read the e-mail before trying to find the accomodation. Brilliant little apartment!

That's what you need for a couple of days”

Good center location, value for money, mini-apartment like. with a normal sized fridge, electric portable stove, microwave... If you have heavy luggage - no lift, have to carry upstairs, whoof! Can be noisy neighbors. But overall - very satisfied!

Average at best”

We thought this hotel was really good value for money until we got there. The sheets hadn’t been changed since the last guest and were dirty, however they did come and change them for us after we asked about it. On top of this we actually got locked out of the hotel twice in two days and had to wait for at least 30 mins each time to get back in which was really annoying considering we had things to do. The hotel was nice and modern, however due to the issues we had we will not be returning.

Good value BUT...”

At around USD20 per night for 4 nights in November 2019 this place was good value for money. Newly renovated it comes complete with slippers, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrushes, towels, refrigerator, tv, oven, kettle, induction stove, hair dryer, iron (no ironing board though) and at the rooftop communal washing machine and dryer. As a homestay concept there was no daily cleaning nor changing of towels. However the bathroom exhaust fan and light were out of order (didn’t bother me much though) and the shower had no hot water in the morning. Cleaning wasn’t thorough enough when checked in - eg. stains on bathroom glass holder and food debris in kitchen sink. There is NO LIFT and the lowest floor unit (101) is 4 flights of stairs up from basement scooter parking lot (which is the only way one can access the place). Window panes are very thin - noise from the beer garden below and the dogsss at ground floor barking at night....I’m not a light sleeper but I only managed to sleep alright 4th night perhaps because I had adapted by then or because it was raining all night that night.

Old and Poor facilities”

I was a loyal costumer of Cozrum homes in 2019 - 2020, I stayed in different Cozrum homes in HCMC. All homes were new and clean that time. But now when I comeback after covid-19 outbreak, they got more "new homes", but in fact, most of them are so so OLD! Old bulding, noisy location, smell bed and bathroom are all I experienced for this time. Totally disappointed.

Big Room, clean with some ants many restaurant/coffee shop. BAD: no lift so need to carry it to atleast 2 floor on small stairs ( basement and then first floor). If u have heavy bags AVOID

Didnt truely describe the place”

Ive stayed in Cozrum few times but in different locations and really enjoyed them. This place is located in central area which is good but the points are: 1. Its on level 1, there is a restaurant on the ground level, you have to go down the basement (motorbikes parking area), then go upstairs thru the middle of the resto to get to level 1. (No elevator) 2. Room is much older and dirtier than the photo shown. Plus the smell and noise from downstairs is a good combination for your stay. We couldnt stay there at all so have to book another place to go straight away. NOT RECOMMENDED

Self checking, no lift, need to carry your bag to your floor from basement on small stairs. Large clean room with all things mentioned on page, Near many best eateries . Its in business area of D1.

Homestay is worse after the pandemic”

I got two black out during the first day. It was hot during the day. Only the bed room has AC, the kitchen doesnt have AC and it is super hot during the day and night. The stair is small and occupied by people who cook something. Loud noise at night from all the restaurants near by. The only perk is location.
