Not worth it ”

I felt sorta betrayed in a way. The room reminded me more of being in a motel. It’s actually on the full slide to becoming ghetto idk it’s weird. Great Staff morning and night. Great location. If your considering one of the neighboring hotels do yourself a favor...

Needs lots of work”

The room I stayed in I found had a moldy mattress. There was dirty in the bathroom. It was obvious there had been a leak from the room above the patch work on the ceiling and tile were not done well. I made management aware and even showed them pictures. I was told my money would be refunded. It’s been almost 3 weeks still no refund

The room smelled funny, ac wasn't cold and made noise, breakfast was awful, staff was not helpful or friendly. We moved next door to the Hampton.

The room was dated and dirty. There was an unknown white substance on the curtains which was right next to the bed. Had to fight for extra pillows and blankets. The pool was gross and right near the highway. We checked out and went to another hotel.

well we stayed here 3 years ago and it was very good. This stay was not very good we were on the 3rd floor and no water pressure in our shower and we were locked out of our room when we arrived back at 9:30pm til 1:15am due to door lock battery system failure. There were no maintenance people at the hotel due to them quitting prior to our arrival. My husband had to explain to the house keeping manager how to replace the batteries in order to fix our door or we would not be able to leave together due to not being able to get back in. No one on staff knew where the gadget was to manually open our door and the emergency/override key would not work. My husband has medication to take for a hear5t condition and we could not get into our room and the night desk clerk was very kind and tried very hard to get someone to help but could not get a call back from any of the new owners/managers. I wear contacts and had no way to take them out. we felt this is very bad business for no one to know what to do in a crises!!! we were going to call the fire department or drill the key lock out of the door if they did not find a way to get us in our room. this was just a bad experience for us to stay here this time and we will not recommend that anyone stay here nor will we stay here again, especially for the price!! we should have been compted a nights stay and no one even mentioned it. The check in staff during the day including the manager could care less if you are happy or not. they never spoke to us once when we would come and go. No concern at all. BAD BUSINESS HERE. You need to get your staff up to parr on customer service because they are very lacking of it.

The location was great Larry provided wonderful job by the front desk also free water and cookies The 2 ladies Christin and Mary from the breakfast was very friendly helpful but unfortunately the rooms was very old carpet nasty with stains the 2 fire alarm broken showing the wires ,ceiling and walls has a lot of dirty spots light was very dark and the coach was 30 yrs old when you seat sinks down also the mattress has lump and waves ,this place needs a good remodeling

Needs work ”

This is the 2nd time in 2 months that I've stayed there. Although the lobby and breakfast area have been updated, the rest of the hotel needs updates. No hair dryer in room. Door locks are in bad shape. Another person also had trouble.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but you could see they were over worked therefore the site was not up to par as far as cleanliness.

Getaway weekend”

Checked in through Agoda and extended my stay. Agoda didn't process my extension so had to do it at the hotel desk. The rate went up even though was promised the initial discounted rate. The hotel itself was so-so...the bed was not comfortable, pillows were squished, air condition very noisy but the breakfast was very good. Might stay there again.

Dirtiest Hotel Ever”

I booked this hotel for my husband’s bday. The second we walked in our room the room smelled like pot. They apparently don’t vacuum the carpet and/or clean them, our baby had black dirty feet from crawling on the carpet after literally just putting our bags down. Then, the AC thermostat was broken in room so we couldn’t adjust the AC and was stuck on freezing in bedroom/not blowing and hot in living area. Then, the bedroom door was broken and we got locked in the bedroom with our baby and dog and couldn’t open the door. The housekeeper was loud and was on her phone everytime she cleaned thus why rooms were so dirty. I requested an extra blanket and towels; we never got the towels and the comforter I got had mold. Worst hotel Ive ever stayed my entire life

Not a good place ”

The staff was friendly and helpful, Briana was awesome and tried to make sure we were happy.... The hotel room was dirty and the sheets and towels are old and dirty.... we traveled to far not to have a clean room...

Needs lots of Upgrades”

Stayed for 1 night only, lack of cleanliness with towels, bedding, floors and furniture. Pillows were very uncomfortable, too flat you need 2 at least to get a good night sleep. The place is not worth the price.

BED BUGS”

The lady next to my room came out as i was just checking in and showed me bedbugs inside a cup that she collected from her bed. i still ended up staying because it was late and i had two kids with me. Breakfast was cereal in a bag, but advertised as a HOT BREAKFAST which was honestly part of the only reason i chose this hotel. so i dont have to spend even more. totally dissatisfied

Needs Updating”

Just not really all that nice. Room smelled mildewed and the room humid despite the air running constantly. Also a strange unidentifiable dripping in what I think was supposed to be the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The rust stains in the tile were a nice touch along with the exactly 2 towels in the bathroom.
