. Very Nice Hotel”
The room was great and you can't beat the price. There were four of us and all patrons were pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The size was great, too, especially when you have 4 adults. I especially liked the size of the breakfast area. Most hotels have very small breakfast rooms with only a few tables so you had to wait for one. Not the case with this hotel.

family vacation at universal studios”
I like almost everything about this hotel. My only complaints are that during corona virus, there is no real breakfast, and free shuttles to universal studios are not running. I understand about the virus, but then don't charge the extra fees.

Good hotel”
This hotel is good and I have nothing to complain, but AVOID THE TICKET SELLING OFFICE. They offer "cheap" tickets to Disneyland but you need to "visit" their office before. I lost half of a day there because they start to show you apartments to buy and you cannot go back before they finish! PLEASE AVOID

Conveniently located but outdated”
Staff was friendly, shuttle was convenient to disney parks. Our room smelled musty, however I didnt report it so I have no room to complain. No ventilation in the bathroom was likely to blame. Beds were comfortable. Room could use some updates.

Just a room to stay the night”
Basic room for resting/sleeping while in Orlando. Everything was outdated. Cleaning lady only speaks in Spanish OR SO SHE SAYS. It's just an excuse not to work. Airconditioning was busted and they replaced the whole unit with an old spare unit. Everything inside looks dirty and icky.

NOT THE ROOM I ASKED FOR AT ALL!”
first of all, I get there & the room has 2 beds. when I booked, the first thing I made sure of was that it was a King bed. I go complain & the guy has an attitude and literally says I got no where to put you, what do you want me to do? UM, put me where I RESERVED to be. He then goes on to LIE and say that on my reservation it says double bed AND that there were children. BS, which I showed him then & there that I specified to be a king bed & I only put 2 adults not ONCE did I add my children on the reservation for that exact reason of wanting the king bed. After I ask him where can I park because THERE WAS NO PARKING he said on the curb. So I said ok which curb ( just to make sure) he says I said on the curb, any curb (more attitude).. NEVER AGAIN AM I GOING THERE. Not to mention, I've NEVER had a room on the first floor and on my requests I put a room on a higher floor & the one time I do I get a room on the 1st floor... TO TOP IT OFF, the alarm goes off at TWO AM !!! what a waste!

Average Hotel”
Not very pleasant. When first entry the room, you will notice a unpleasant smell. Need to walked around 15 mins for food and retails, although the hotel has a small convenient shop. Although they do change their bedsheet, however, every night I was bitted by bed bugs, my thigh and neck were itchy with bumps, even overheard other guest complain about the bedsheets when I checkout. Poor Location & Unfriendly Staffs

Beware of extra charge”
Girl at the front desk looked at my reservation and told me not to worry about that extra fee since it was nowhere stated in the reservation. I get back home and there are charges on my credit card. Please don't lie to people. For the sole reason, I will never come back.

Close to Universal - Hotel”
The only advantage of staying at this hotel is that its close to Universal Studios. Some issues: * There is just a single shuttle to the theme parks and most times its late. To add to it, it comes full sometimes. * The hotel is pretty unclean. The carpets every where are soiled. * The hotel advertises free breakfast, but some days it was just a nutbar and a cupcake to go. * The staff has majority of people who are very rude, they don't want to even talk/help and are busy on mobiles every time. * You need to call for housekeeping in the morning, else they wont do it. To add to it, you can call only alternate days. Overall a really shabby hotel, with only positive being its close to universal studios.
