Value for money”

The location and the shuttle bus services, this hotel is value for money. I will return to this hotel should I travel to Orlando again.

Exceptional”

The room was decent size, and comfortable. The breakfast they offer is exceptional. A lot of different choices, great variety. One thing I did notice, that I've Never seen offered by a hotel before. They had the obligatory make it yourself waffle, but offered strawberries and whipped cream for on top. Great job, Country Inn.

It started off fantastic”

Pros, nice clean facility, nice pool. Front desk crew was nice. Room service team was very rude. I got in an argument about what time ti service my room. I asked for 3 p.m because i just put my daughter down for a nap. They told me that they couldn't do 3. So for 3 days i had no room service. Although they did give me a towels once for my entire stay. Don't think i will be going back soon. I fly to Orlando once a month to visit my daughter. I will be trying a different hotel this time

Love the location . . . have stayed here a few times but must admit the place is getting dated . . . needs some paint and cleaning to meet the standards I expect from a Country Inn and Suites. Staff was on the grump side, certainly not warm and tender and very slow in their jobs!

Nice hotel to end a vacation.”

We finished off our cruise vacation by staying at this hotel. Many people from Cruise Critic recommended it. We weren't disappointed. We didn't get to use the breakfast in the morning because our flight left so early. They did have small bags of food to take with you if you were catching an early flight. Banana, granola bar and a bottle of water. I used their computer to check in to our flight. They had a nice pool and hot tub, which we used. The room was nicely appointed.

Our room could have used some updating. Carpeting old and peeling paint in the bathroom. Location is great--close to airport and walkable restaurants.

Overnight stay prior to flying from ORD next day”

Convenient for airport. Transfers also available from hotel. Did not use as dropping rental vehicle off at airport. Room was clean but tired looking. Suitable for our needs. Free cookies at reception was a nice touch. Limited snacks available for purchase next to reception desk. Several chain restaurants within walking distance (5mins to 20 mins depending on your preference) Breakfast was pretty standard and was continually being checked and re-stocked as required. Would stay there again.

Near to the airport”

Room is spacious. Near to the airport (around $12 Uber ride). Didn't enjoy much of the service since we only had a few hours at the hotel before heading to the airport.

Location”

It was a good place to stay when you come in a day early to catch a cruise out of Port Canaveral and have airport transfers. They provide free airport shuttle and the drivers are knowledgeable about where you need to go when they take you back to the airport. Multiple restaurants are within in walking distance or the shuttle will take you to them.

Unfortunate experience with check-in staff”

Booked this hotel online. Nice hotel undergoing renovation which I was aware of. Room was a new one and beautifully done. Breakfast was fine. When I checked in I was told there would be a charge of $10 per night for parking, which had recently been introduced. I objected and asked her to waive this fee. She immediately became sarcastic, saying "it's ONLY $10" so I asked for the Manager. She said he was doing housekeeping and wasn't available. Then she asked me if I wanted the charge put on my credit card and I said, no I want it waived. She said, "oh all right" and stomped away. The other attendant completed my check-in and apologised for "A's" attitude. The next day there was a charge for parking on my bill. I decided not to dispute it again because I didn't want to ruin my day after the previous experience. I was disappointed that she sneakily added the charge after saying she wouldn't. So I won't be booking into this hotel again, even though I'm a loyalty member.

Paid for king jet tub suite- jet tub did not work and no compensation.... No airport shuttle before 5am-had to pay for cab... breakfast did not start till 6am, supposed to have bag snack to go but nothing available... Other than that good one night stay.

Wonderful people with an old building”

The folks there were great. They were kind and helpful. The facility is old and on the verge of worn out. Doors did not close properly, the bathroom fan is really loud, the TV was old with an outdated cable package, etc. With that understanding, I would sty there again because the people were wonderful, and it was a good value. The room and facility were clean.

Business travel”

Great location, Rooms were clean, BED WAS NICE. Breakfast starts at 6:00am. so missed it, Hey we need to eat also. Open at 5:00 am so us early morning travelers can get a start.

Just there one night. Very friendly staff. Nice room. Older carpet but clean and good value.

Fine for Overnight Stay”

Stayed here on an overnight flight layover. Was fine for our needs. No food on the premises and the location isn't walking distance from anywhere, but we got delivery via DoorDash just fine. The mini store downstairs at the reception was a nice bonus as well.

Nice room, quiet, spacious.”

Pros- nice size room, quiet, nice breakfast, associates very friendly. Cons- mattress very worn, room could have been vacuumed better.

The gym was very stuffy even with the windows opened. The elipitical machine was substandard and disappointing. The one bike and treadmills were good. A fan would have been very nice to keep the air moving.

Needs the renovation, need a safety inspection and security. The swimming pool always open.
