Comfortable elegance”
Our two nights at The Langham, Auckland, we're so relaxing amidst the comfortable elegance of this 5 star hotel. Our superior King bedroom was very spacious, the bed so comfortable as were the club chairs and the bathroom roomy and well appointed. Our room was impeccably clean and very quiet. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food types, all freshly presented and cooked if necessary. Staff at The Langham provide friendly, courteous and efficient service. A plus was the free, timetabled shuttle to downtown Auckland city. A great place to stay.

Beautiful and comfortable”
I was in Auckland for a conference. The Langham staff were very friendly and efficient, before (I asked some questions via email) and during my stay. My room was very nice and comfortable. I especially loved the bed. It is a bit away from the center of the city, but it's an easy walking distance. Perfect distance from Auckland Domain for morning runs. I will definitely stay here again, hopefully on holiday so I will have time to use other facilities I did not have time for this time.

From the very first minute of arrival we knew the hotel wS of a high standard. The check in staff were very efficient, helpful and engaging. Was given an upgrade to a King Premier room. The room was very well appointed, the bed was FANTASTIC, just perfect to sleep on, could not have been better. Room appointments and bathroom facilities first class. Daily room cleaning and bed turn down service on time and discrete. The morning breakfast was varied and ample, staff were attentive. Restaurants were good value and clean. The regular Cordis shuttle bus to downtown Auckland is a fantastic bonus in this very hilly city. Would definitely come back again.

Very Impressive”
The moment we arrived at the hotel, our car doors were immediately opened by the staff and greeted us very nicely. I had no idea about Langham Hotel so I went in with no image but once I entered the hotel, I was very impressed with the luxurious and almost royal atmosphere of the hotel. Very clean, neat and tidy with expensive decorations. The receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. She gave us free Wi-Fi connection for the duration of our stay there! The room was very nice and comfy and beautiful as well. The only dissatisfaction I had with the room was the ventillation system inside the bathroom/toilet. I couldn't notice any air circulation at all. If you were to do your business in the toilet, the air would be stinky for a long while which is almost embarrasing and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the class of the bedroom is high end but the toilet/bathroom was not in the same league as the bedroom. Old and worn out bath tub with aging timbers. The bedroom on the other hand had amazing finish...very classy and royal. With that being said, I would stay here again and again if I visited Auckland again. And I would not hesitate to recommend this awesome hotel to any fellow travellers!

Excellent Service and Comfortable with Opportunity for an Update”
The Langham is unquestionably one of the premier hotels in Auckland. The service is professional and responsive, the atmosphere is sophisticated and the little touches stand out. The location is slightly removed from the entertainment areas of the city centre but can be reached easily by walking or by taxi/Uber. The infrastructure is in need of an upgrade, with older style climate control, beside radios, shower over baths and a very limited number of power points. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would happily stay again.

I stayed at The Langham Hotel unexpectedly after a snow storm in Colorado caused me to miss my flight and subsequent cruise out of Sydney. The Langham Hotel was beautiful and the pool and spa area were a lovely reprieve from my hectic travels. The concierge was superb and helped me plan out the perfect few days solo traveling in Auckland. Because of the delightful staff, I was able to effortlessly rent a car and go on beautiful hike to Karekare on the west coast. The concierge also guided me to a wonderful day on Waiheke Island. Beautiful room, high standard, stunning restaurant”
Unfortunately my husband and I only booked for one night at The Langham. We were very pleased by the whole experience from the staff who parked the car right up to the concierge following up on an issue we were dealing with.The room was very impressive but the highlight for us was the the restaurant Eight. We would highly recommend it for all visitors to Auckland.

A Luxurious Stay at The Langham”
We have stayed at The Langham in Hong Kong and now Auckland. I cannot fault either hotel and would definitely stay at another Langham Hotel. The beds are so comfortable it is very difficult to get up in the morning. The staff are always friendly and attentive and the hotel spotlessly clean. For some pampering and a luxurious stay away from home you can't go past The Langham.

i have stayed at the langham many times and it is incredible value for money. it is by far the best hotel in auckland and you get fabulous service, rooms and food. the free shuttle bus is great for getting around the city and the concierge and tour desk can tell you anything you want to know.

Two Nights in Auckland”
We spent two nights at the Langham and enjoyed it very much. Everything about the hotel was done well. The bedroom and facilities were beautiful; the staff very friendly and attentive, and although we did not dine at the hotel, the main dining room looked very inviting and classy. They only negative thing was the location, which was at the top of a hill outside of the downtown port area where most of the activity occurs. The hotel however, runs a free shuttle bus throughout the day until late evening to transport guests to and from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Auckland.

Luxury in the middle of town”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Langham Auckland. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of town, and the wharf is only a short walk - about 15 minutes away. Staff there was friendly, which always helps. Would recommend the hotel!

The couple of nights we stayed were excellent. I am a tradesman and felt a little out of place in such a lavish hotel but the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel every bit as important as any other guest there. Staff went over and above to make up for nearby renovations having started a few hours earlier than the promised 10am. I really appreciated all the effort for something that wasn't their fault. Otherwise the Langham was up to its usual excellent standards. It's my favourite place to stay in Auckland.

Gorgeous hotel and service with a smile!”
we had an awesome overnight stay for our friends wedding! from the moment we arrived we felt well looked after. being greeted by the friendly helpful conceirge, who kindly answered all our questions, advising all parking options and pointing us in the right direction for the option that suited us best. our room was inviting and clean, the helpful staff changing the single beds arrangement straight away to a king size for us without prompting, also had eye for detail quickly replacing a pillow in seconds that had loose stitching. a polite staff member made me smile again when he apologised for walking in front of me with a trolley after unloading guests luggage, even though i was just waiting for the lift! great restaurant staff so patient at 2am with the loud bridal party finishing the wedding day off with a round of drinks. returning to our turned down room, chocolates on the pillows! finally on our departure while sitting on the couch admiring the gorgeous lobby, a staff member kindly followed up on our valet parking again without prompting, sending us off with a smile as we received our car from the same friendly conceirge from the day before. for us it was the small personal touches that made the difference for us, we have highly reccommended the langham hotel to others and will return!
