Beyond my expectation.”
Its my first time to check in this hotel.. Initial impression from outside looks like an abandoned building.. but as i passed guards. I felt the warm welcome from the security.. the fast check-in procedures on the frontdesk.. the courteous approach of the bellboy.. and even the hospitable pool attendants. The room smelled a little old at first but understandable. The floor area was so spacious for my kids run around in maze as they pass through the jack and jill bathroom.. airconditioners are working well to cool the unit and beat the heat from outside.. bathroom fixtures were also nice, i didnt expect it from a very old hotel.. the kitchen is well equipped with basic cookwares and dinnerwares.. We booked a 2 bedroom premium but there was an extra room for helpers with their own bathroom.. Beds were comfortable to sleep on (tho the pillows were so stuffed) still got a nice sleep.. bedlinens and towels smell clean. Free breakfast were delivered in our room, still hot.. Check-out was a breeze as well.. we just surrendered our key.. checked few things in the system and we were good to go. will be back again next time.

Stayed here for quarantine with my daughters. Our 10 days went by fast and we never feel bored. Our room is spacious and homey. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with balcony, kitchen, living room and dining area. We were able to cook during our stay that saves us a lot of money. The room is clean and neat. Batchroom is not spacious and fancy but decent. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only cons I can think of is the noise of Edsa during the day but I am sure you are able to sleep good at night since vehicles are less during that time. Thank you Copacabana Hotel! We are really please to stay 10 days with you and looking forward to come back again. You are highly recommended.

Large marble kitchen benchtop, plus marlbe spacious mirrored vanity section. Excellent marble shower and toilet with good hot water pressure. Totally equipped kitchen, with two burner stove (a must for our expresso pot), huge kitchen sink with hot water, full size fridge with freezer, kitchen table with four seats, two large coffee tables, easy to find switches on bed head, and a full size wardrobe. All for under a 100 AUD per night. Great staff, and plush lobby too. Only one block from Manilla Bay, (the new clean Manilla Bay! )

I've stayed at the Copacabana Apartment Hotel several times, and not just because it's convenient to stay before flying out of the Manila Airport. The property is well maintained, kept clean, and everything works as it should. Combine that with the friendly professional staff, and this place is a winner.

Large room good for family”
We arrived about 5 hours earlier than their check in time. They allowed us to leave our stuffs but while we're still waiting for the mall opening hour and we're still at the lobby, a room was available and they allowed us an early check in. Good thing because our baby can sleep before we roam the city. They have spacious room with complete kitchen utensils. We get to cook food for our baby. The staff are warm and friendly too. Their guards are also courteous and helpful when we're looking for a ride. Will definitely stay here again.

Ok distance from MOA, accomodating staff. They do not seem to be bothered by requests. In fact they are happy to assist. Friendly atmosphere. We know their job is difficult but they do not make guests feel like an imposition. Rooms are spacious. The vibe is not an ultra modern and shiny hotel, the vibe is homey, which adds comfortable feel. Highly recommended.

I would say it exceeded my expectations. We got a free upgrade to our room, we got free WiFi, we were able to order food and have it brought to our door at 6th floor, the rooms were clean, the staff polite and helpful, all at a decent price. I recommend the hotel and would pick it again in the future.

I made a good choice on choosing Copacabana as my quarantine hotel. Food is a little salty for my taste but its a edible and tasty. The room has complete amenities and the staff are helpful. My only complaint is the car service. Though the driver said its a miscommunication from the staff but its a long wait for the airport pick up and as well as hotel pick up even if you gave them the exact time of your arrival and check out and also php.900 per ride is expensive so i would suggest go get a taxi. All in all Copacabana is a good choice if you ask me. 😃

The location was good. Near airport, MOA, and other touristy spots in Pasay-Makati area. We stayed in the suite room. We were able to cook for the kids since the kitchen had equipment and utensils. It was clean and had great, accommodating staff. We had a great time.

If you're looking for accommodations for mandatory quarantine upon arrival, don't hesitate to book Copacabana. Here's why: - most quarantine hotels don't allow you to order food from outside nor allow grocery deliveries. (You need to order all your meals from most hotels.) Copacabana accepts food deliveries and has basic kitchenettes. - excellent value for money, very spacious suites and apartments - close to airport so no need to suffer traffic jams when you've arrived jetlagged - very clean - HOT water that's hot. Rare in mid-category hotels here. - staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. - there's a clean swimming pool you can use after your quarantine. The only con I could think of - it's right on EDSA and it it doesn't have soundproof glass windows (bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper) - it could use blackout curtains (bring eyemasks if this bugs you)

Enjoyed our stay here with our doggie before the Pet Express Doggie Run. Conveniently located near MOA. Very spacious room and amenities were complete. We had the option to cook, since the apartment has its own kitchen. Which makes the stay here so much better than the ordinary hotel. P.S. Our room was also upgraded for free (Studio Room to One-Bedroom Suite) since the Studio Rooms were fully booked when we checked in. Sometimes other establishments just refund you, but not this one. So another point for Copacabana for that!

I did not know that upon arrival, I would be greeted by a staff at the front desk with a pleasant surprise for me. She told me that my reserved room was upgraded from a studio to that with a kitchen and balcony, at no charge. It could not get any better than that, and that alone speaks volume towards customer satisfaction.

We enjoyed our stay and our overall experience was good. The room where we stayed is very spacious and we we're able to move around easily. There's also a complete set of utensils for us to cook our meals and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Bathroom facilities are also good and wifi connection is ok. I'll definitely stay here again with my friends if given a chance in the future =)

Very good location, many food and Shopping options in walking distance, and even more just 3-4km in Greenbelt-Makati. Also the airport, Very close by. The pool area is nice, good size pool no restaurant for now, I guess come again after Covid-19 situation is over. I have stayed here many times, and will do again in the future.
