Deceiving Photos”
Don't be deceived by their photos. The unit itself needs lots of renovations and improvements. There was no shower nor heat. So, good luck heating your own water. I would rather stay in a hotel with the same price and better amenities than stay here again. The only thing that was good was the location. It was close to SM City.

Do not bother book this accommodation for the following personal experiences: 1. Bed NOT COMFORTABLE EVER! 2. BOOKED 2 BEDROOM (4 PAX) BUT ONLY 2 TOWELS PROVIDED, CALLED THE OWNER TO REQUEST ANOTHER 2 TOWELS BUT SHE REPLIED "4TOWELS ONLY PROVIDED FOR 3 BEDROOM APARMENT AND WE NEED TO SHARE THE 2 TOWELS FOR 4 OF US"....REALLLLYYYY????? 3. HOT WATER WAS NOT WORKING ( FOR DISPLAY ONLY ). WE BOILED WATER FROM THE KETTLE TO EASED THE COLD WATER FROM THE "TIMBA" YES TIMBA COZ THE SHOWER PRESSURE WAS TOOOO SLOWWW (MAS KUSOG PA AKO IHI). 4. WAY WALKING DISTANCE TO SM, too hot/humid for walking. MEANS OF TRANSPO WAS MOTORCAD ASIDE FROM TAXI, AND SO DEAR. I WONT COME BACK AGAIN.

There is no reception area for the guest. When I arrived to check in, I called the number given on their FB page. I took me 3 attempts before my call was answered. since I was in a hurry, I immediately left after leaving my belongings. when we went back in the evening, I noticed that the TV has no local channel, the electical plug in the kitchen is defective, the light in the dirty kitchen is not working due to defective switch, the light switch in the CR is also defective. when I reported it to the lady in charge, he brought two personnel to fix the electrical but it turned out that they are not electricians. they came back the following day to fix the electrical problems. On my first night, I had bed mite bite on my right hand when I requested for the change linen, they advised me they it will be changed the following day. I insisted that there is no way I will sleep on the same linen after the bites. (they changed it anyway) the location is very accessible near SM and near my children's school but the maintenance, cleanliness and services are very poor

The place is nice and spacious and comfy as well. However, there is no slight assistance from the host of the property. She did not even check on us if we are already checked in or not. We were there at around 3pm but we waited for almost an hour and she is not picking up my call or sometimes her number cannot be reached. We went to SM just to waste time waiting for her reply for my many texts and calls because we cannot enter the house. She did not give us the code to the keybox. She answered eventually but still the host cannot be contacted immediately if you need her. The next day, I told her to assist us with the shower because the hot water is not functioning. She just asked the room # but did not fix the shower. I won't recommend this property because of the inconvenience it caused to us. This is very sad.

The room smells great, however, the bed sheets smells weird, the shower floor was also uncleaned. The water heater and kettle doesn’t work and there’s a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, the atmosphere felt weird and frightening… It’s affordable and contacting the owner was easy though.

The place was good over all. Owner was also very responsive to our needs. To set proper expectations, the sala area and dining area can be quite hot kasi walang means of ventilation like fan or aircon pero meron naman sa 2 bedrooms. No toaster also if you plan to use one. They have gas range, rice cooker, water heater, pans and utensils.
