Excellent service”
Spent 4 days, 3 nights here to celebrate anniversary with my wife. Everything was great: room was well-cleaned, staff were very attentive, everyone complied with safety and health protocols. We did have an issue with the lighting in our bathroom, it would randomly turn off at inopportune times. When the engineering personnel attempted to fix the issue twice and were unsuccessful, the hotel was very quick to facilitate a transfer to another room. Even better, they upgraded us to a suite. Without going into too much detail, all the food and services were good value for money. I would say you generally get what you pay for. But if there is any area for improvement, I would say it is the buffet offerings at Brasserie on 3. I understand though that perhaps they may also be limited due to the whole COVID situation. But still it would have been nice to have a little more variety, a wider selection of food specifically for the buffet dinner. Breakfast buffet is pretty good though. Shoutout to Larry at the front desk who kept in touch with us regularly to ensure our every need was met, and that any problems we encountered were swiftly dealt with. Easily top drawer service from him. All in all a weekend well spent, and we'd love to go back. Highly recommended.

Amazing 5star Experience. This hotel is underrated”
Got to experience a very relaxing luxurious stay at Conrad Manila with my friends. Great view, amazing pool, delicious food, very approachable staff. When you enter the lobby, you’ll be greeted by a fantastic glistening view of Manila bay. The pool is well maintained and is so relaxing. Drinks from the bar are very refreshing and presentation is topnotch. Their lounge is also topnotch. Food is good. Wine and drinks are of great quality. It is unlimited, by the way. Make sure to have a lounge access. Be there at the Golden hour. The view of Manila bay from the lounge is so beautiful. Rooms here are immaculate. Make sure to book their suite room or higher classed rooms. Lots of room amenities like bath tub, 2 TVs, its own living room, 2 toilets, very relaxing shower and many more. The view is just breath taking. Kudos to Larry for assisting us during our check in. Superb customer service. Double thumbs up. Looking forward to bringing my mom here. Best Place for Family ”
Our stay at Conrad was for our two last nights in Manila before going back home to Melbourne. The place smells amazing. The reception made us welcome from the very start. The room for us was so comfortable and had really great views. The only negative side for us, was our children became sick at this time and were all feverish. However, after letting the staff know, they sent the in house nurse to check up on our children. The advice given was excellent and at least after visiting the local medical centre, the children were able to recoup in such luxurious surroundings. We will return when we can! PS: the little stuffed toy as a gift was just a perfect icing on the cake. Well done Conrad!

New hotel, everything is nice”
You will be amazed the first time the elevator to the entry lounge opens. Floor to ceiling glass windows, full view of the ocean, sunrise/sunset, elegant chandelier, big, open feel because of very high ceiling, modern interior, there is a grand (or baby) piano, relaxing background music, nice restaurant on the side, new swimming pool at the back, presentable staff wearing gowns and suits. Everywhere is pleasant if you look 360 degrees. They did not allow us to check-in early though. We arrived around 1pm and was told the room is already prepared and just needs quick, last check. That they will call us when we can already enter. We just finished eating lunch slowly downstairs but was not notified at all. The location is really good. There is a new, a little exclusive, not so crowded mall below with entertaining stuff (favorite is The Dessert Museum but was surprisingly closed on Monday, schedule posted online said otherwise). It looks secret but is accessible to both public, and private vehicles. The room is basic though. With complete toiletries, and amenities but without view. It was just a wall behind the big, heavy curtain. We have been to Hilton, Shangri-la, Hyatt, Nobu, Sofitel, and others, and it did not have anything extra. It was my companion's birthday and they did not have a small cake. In Nobu, I was given on my birthday, with a sweet note. Oh, there was a cute little blue goat stuff toy we took home. The pool is beautiful. Took really nice photos. The breakfast buffet is complete, fresh and delicious. The restaurant is big, and has a nice ocean view al-fresco dining. You can also dine inside. They have other nice restaurants around. The ballrooms, hallways, restrooms, all have good lighting. Shower is strong. Towels, linens looked clean. I enjoyed it a lot

Almost perfect!”
From the staff to the facilities, pretty much everything about the stay was top notch save for three minor issues: First, it was virtually impossible to reach the front desk and room service at certain times of the day. But it was probably just because we stayed during a long weekend and there were just too many guests the staff had to attend to. Second, the log-in page to connect to the in-room wifi was a bit confusing on mobile. It asked us to choose between two paid plans even though wifi was supposed to be free for guests. As it turns out, we were supposed to choose the cheaper plan, which was actually free even though it says it costs P400+ per day. Third, we paid extra to get access to the executive lounge but the staff forgot to give it to us. We only found out when the elevator refused to take us up to the floor of the lounge because our key cards didn't have access. We had to wait over 15 minutes to get a new set of key cards and almost missed the afternoon snacks. Despite all this, though, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to checking in again soon.

A comfortable hotel and convenient location for shopping”
Service was excellent though a bit pricy room price. Check in was fast. A complimentary cake was sent in for our birthday celebration and a small Plush for our child. That makes the stay more wonderful. We would also like to compliment Mr Larry for his excellent service whom has assisted us for checking in. The hotel is linked to the shopping mall, which is convenient. There is no need for any shuttle bus service!

Money's Worth”
The hotel is quite pricey, but the conrad experience is one of a kind. The room is super beautiful and very cozy. I really enjoyed the complimentary nespresso coffee machine #CoffeeOverload. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the food varies daily. Their staff is everywhere, for a person who is not familiar with the area, I was able to get to places that I needed to be because of the directions given by their staff. Their housekeeping staff is very quick, all of our request were instantly brought to us within minutes. The only negative feedback I can give is that during check in, it took us more than an hour in line before we were able to reach the front desk. However, they allowed us to have a late check out, so everythings forgiven LOL haha. Will definitely return!

Great Place for Staycation”
My family and I had an overnight stay and we got the nice view pf bay area and pool from our room. The room was so nice and feels calm seeing the view from outside. The hotel is also connected to S’Maison and MOA malls which is an added bonus. The staff were so nice and accommodating. We feel safe and secured in this hotel. Upon entry in the room you will be welcomed by their signature stuffed toy along with complete safety kit. There is also an open area for walking or jogging path on the 4F. My son wishes to stay longer. We will consider this hotel again in our next staycation plan.

Quarantine/staycation”
I chose Conrad for my mandatory quarantine and it felt like a staycation. The room was spacious and clean with more than enough space not to feel too close in while doing my quarantine. The breakfast included in the room was sumptious and options was plenty. The In-house dining options were delicious. And the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Honeymoon Staycation”
I just want to thank Conrad Manila for a wonderful Honeymoon Staycation experience. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay even if its just for a day. All staffs are very friendly and really accommodating and we love that they gave us a newly wed set up in our room. They even gave us free cake with congratulations message and Conrad stuff toy. this was my 5th time at Conrad Manila, but this was the only time I got disappointed. I booked a premier twin room which was paid in advance, when I got in at 4pm, they gave me a premier king size bed room, anyways I insisted on having a twin bed, so after a while, they told me that I can have the premier twin room, but they have to clean it first, and they let us use the first room they're giving me to freshen up. its a good thing that Conrad Manila is just beside the mall, so we went for dinner, and when we returned at 9pm, the room was ready for us. so its all good in the end. Redeeming factor was the staff who was polite. I just want to say, that Conrad have a reputation, I chose Conrad to stay whenever we visit Manila bec simply they're one of the best, but sadly this happened. Coming from a long drive and the room we were expecting was not ready was just a big disappointment and stress. I just hope that next time we visit, there wouldn't be anymore problems like this.

Well-designed and tasteful interiors. Location is so convenient to the mall. Staff is courteous and friendly. They can improve on their brand of toiletries. My sea-side view is spectacular, will be perfect if the windows were clean (water stains blocked my view) while on the 5th floor

Exceptional”
We stayed last Nov 5-7 when Manila is MGCQ level 3. The staff were so friendly and i felt that they were missing the guests to come and stay in the hotel. Happy that they are back to their job. The next day , it was down to level2. Overall, we had a wonderful staycation. The room is clean with a sticker before opening the door to make sure that they sanitized it before another guest occupy the room. Unlike before, no one will clean your room during your stay to make which is a health standard protocol. If you need toiletries just dial the housekeeping and they will deliver it in tour door. Every occupied room has 1chair outside to put things that you asked or requested. The swimming pool is well maintained. They allowed 20person to swimming pool so you need to ask the front desk for headcount. The food is great!! Lots of choices. The gym is large with a professional instructor Paul who is a Professional PT. I will go back here again!

Great location (with an amazing view) and pleasant staff!”
It's hard to beat its location if you're a mall-goer. You get MOA and S-Maison. You also get probably the best view in Manila with a view of the Manila Bay if you're going to get the bayview room. The staff is very pleasant. Wow. Also, the hotel is very secure. You have to pass through security and bags have to pass through x-ray machines. It's a bit expensive but it offers great value for money.

Celebrated my moms bday here. I emailed the hotel a month before our booking to ask if they can set up some decor and they well able to push through with the request :) staff were super nice, bfast buffet was delicious, great location as its within the MOA complex. My only comment is i wish they had more details on their site. I wasnt able to book the spa in advance because i couldnt find contact details. Settled for a massage at a diff place.

stayed for two nights; got bayview one bedroom suite; we all enjoyed our stay; breakfast was good with a a wide range of selection;s; i think they should reconsider placing the tv screen near the bathtub (to be more relaxing) and also it is very hard to turn it on; the staffs are very friendly and smile all the time; the place is very clean; will definitely go back again in the near future

This is my first stay in this hotel and I'll say that it's worth every penny we've spent. The place is great; I love how it doesn't feel different. I feel at home with the inviting ambience of the room. But what really impressed me was the staff. They are all accommodating and nice. LOVE IT”
I would definitely love to come back here if ever staying in Manila again. Usually I travel straight to the islands and skip Manila but this time I was visiting friends and doing some business on the way. It was the perfect place to escape from the busy and densely populated city. It is like it's own little resort-esque style retreat with a great pool and poolside bar, nice restaurants and easy walking distance/direct access to Mall of Asia (MOA).
