Great Place with Friendly Staffs”

Connect Hostel is really strategically located. You can use songthaew to go around Chiang Rai. They also helped me hire scooter for 200 Baht a day, the gas station is really near the hostel. The staffs are really friendly. I arrived in Chiang Rai on 9 AM and they let me early check in. Would recommend to anyone!

Exceptional!”

Upon entering, you may think this is a cafe, or a designer showroom. But you've arrived at one of the best hostel I've stayed yet! Staff are very friendly, rooms are well equipped (privacy curtains, bag locker, coin washing machine/dryer), and breakfast that's borderline gourmet for a hostel! Located somewhere in the middle of Central Plaza and Chiang Rai city centre, not too difficult to go either way. Worth another​ stay for sure. :3

Exceptional”

Perfect choice for backpackers to traveling in Chiang Rai. You can stay here for whenever, how long as you want. Room and each toilet/bathroom(separated) are spacious, well maintained. There are lockers and Public bathrooms you can use too. Also has washing machines for 20B, there is some places that could dry clothes in the sunshine. If you need any help or want to book a tour or transportaion service, staffs helping you very well. Common area is cozy and convenient. All the room types are breakfast included, it's quite simple but they provide fruits and boiled eggs so I liked it very much.

Good for its price”

We've stayed in both Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai for our trip. This place is much cheaper actually, staff is excellent & very helpful and the facilities quite fair for its price. Location is good as it is close to the bus terminal and the night market.

Best location”

Located in the heart of city. Very convinience to access by Chiang Rai City Bus from and to the airport.

Clean and lovely hostel”

The connect hostel is very very fantastic hostel. Staffs are very kind and lovely. The room is very clean , bed also very comfy. The location is very nice. Especially the breakfast: awesome!!!!! I really appreciate that stay in this hostel on Christmas Eve and Christmas day 🎉🎉🎉

Brand new hostel or seems like it. 10min walk from the city center . But really helpful staff giving good advices and ready to book a taxi for you to the airport

Very nice hostel with great facilities exceptional free breakfast with eggs fresh fruits milk etc... kitchen is well equipped so you can cook by yourself every area was immaculate, the cleaning was done many times in a day room is dark which is nice to get some rest the staff is very nice and helpful just 5 minutes walk from the center absolutely no cons everything was great

I've been to several hostels and this is my favorite hostel during my entire stay in Thailand. The staff are very helpful, the room is very clean. This is like a hotel with a key card access to your room. I highly recommend this place and I will go back here again.

Very clean & good hotel, and good location”

Parent with 3 kids to stay at hotel. 1st night miscommunications with staff, extra charges us. But after clarify, extra kids with NO EXTRA bed, will be no charges. Then they refund to us. A very good location hotel. Near night market & others attractive place. GRAB car driver easy to find. Very clean hotel & nice hotel. Recommend for everyone to stay

Fabulous”

This hostel is in a great location, it’s a short walk to the night bizarre and main shopping centre. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful! The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and very clean. Only minor downside was that there were a few ants in the room where we had food left in our bags. Overall it was a lovely hostel and I would definitely stay again :)

Nice hostel”

Staff is very nice and supportive. We have booked the room for 4 pax, the room is nice and simple,. This hostel has provided a simple breakfast which is very nice. But the room is quite moist due to very small of window and no sun light, also the restroom is inside the room. But overall is still good value of money.

New hostel is near a Lanna post office and night market.”

A hostel is close a Lanna post office by walking 2 minutes and a night market, Chiangrai nightbarza by walking 13 minutes. The hostel has a beautiful living room near a frontdesk and a glass sun room on the second floor for having breakfast. There is private light and electrical socket in a bed that use a keycard. Staffs are friendly and good service.

Friendly staff and great value!”

Staff was great! They gave us tips on how to get around to the main sites by bus and save some money, helped us book the slow boat to Laos, and even made breakfast earlier than normal since we had to wake up early for our van transfer to the boat. Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a bit of road construction going on outside and a little walk to the bell tower and bus station but still overall a solid location

Very chill”

Great hostel, about a 10 minute walk from the bus terminal and night market. Easy to find. The rooms are nice. The mattress not the most comfortable, it's a bit too firm for my liking, but not horrible. Wifi works great, breakfast consists of bread/toast and fruit. Unlimited free tea and coffee 24/7. They also have laundry service you can do yourself for 20 baht a load.

Nice design and decoration at the lobby. The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Simply breakfast but if add on some eggs might be better. Recommend to stay at this hostel.

The hostel was clean, bed and pillow also comfy. Nice lobby as well the dining place. Superb satisfied with this hotel, would like to come back again, recommended!!!

Clean, modern and well appointed”

Place feels brand new, rooms are clean and quiet (and dark for sleeping!). Staff is nice, upstairs cafe is really nice, laundry machines onsite. Very clean with a decent location to downtown.

the 4 bulk beds room is small and quite humid because no window, and not so good ventilation. but the place is good location, and staff is very helpful.
