The unit is fully furnished with well equipped kitchen. Really suitable for a short stay with family. The pool is not too big but luckily during our stay it was not crowded. The location is about two minutes drive from IOI City. Since the apartment is relatively new, there is not many eateries around so transport is needed to go out for meal.

Value for money ”

The location is very close to IOI City Mall. The apartment is very clean with basic amenities. The bedsheets are clean. I'm very happy with the stay. The parking is at B1 which is below LG2 which was a bit confusing, and the whole building was new so a bit too quiet but the communication with the owner/agent was smooth and despite the minor hickups, everything was fine. A real value for money for a big family of 4 children and a maid like mine. Highly recommended.

Far from KL but near to IOI City Mall which is big enough to explore. Apartment was clean and big but the water pressure in both bathrooms were too low. Didn't felt clean when bathing. Overall an okay stay.

I reserved because of the flash deal, so cheaper. Should have pay more, maybe the staff would be more friendly and helpful. Pros: 1. Spacious and comfortable house 2. Good WiFi connection 3. Many facilities (swimming pool, reading room, gym) Cons: 1. Staff is not very welcoming and unfriendly. 2. The check in time is late (3 p.m.) and the check out time is early (11a.m.). Additional RM30 for every hour if you want to check in early / check out late. 3. The air conditioning in the single room is not functioning well. 4. The house is for 5 people but all the utensils and tableware only in set of 4. 5. No available hangers. 6. TV does not work.

Family weekend getaway”

Booked deluxe 3 bedroom apartment. House is nice and clean. The kids enjoy every minute if their time spent there. However for those who would like to book a stay, do contact the contact no provided and ask for checkin details beforehand. Else you might waste a bit of your time figuring out which block and how to checkin. Basically checkin is simple, u just need to get the key left in the mailbox. House no & mailbox keycode will be provided but please contact the contact no to get the details beforehand. Also there's only 1 small dustbin for the entire family, so suggest to bring a big plastic bag to throw rubbish. Also do bring your own toiletries. Overall it was a nice stay & would consider coming here again :)

Exceptional”

Check in and out process was smooth. Apartment has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a mini kitchenette,dining area and living room. The Unit was facing the pool view. Suitable for a family with big group. Will sure to return.

Nice and cozy but hectic parking part”

Nice and cozy place for family with young childs.. New apartment, with swimming pool, fell like in the hotel, and my kids love it.But some of downlights is not functioning, other than that is OK!

Check in & check out process has no problem. A very clear instruction from staff. Guards are very friendly and helpful. Nice and cozy place with a very great swimming pool. My kid love it. Very comfortable unit. Only may be need to add on some amenities such as mirror, clothes hanger and some minerals water.

Place is great almost perfect”

Clean and comfy but need some maintenance on minor stuff such as shower's shampoo. Electrical appliances need to be checked such as the water heater(leaking) and washing machine(earthquake shaking probably a shock absorber issue). Overall it was a great experience.

Really bad accommodation”

Location is good only 1KM from IOI Mall. This is a 3 bedroom condo. Door of the master bedroom was badly damaged. There is a whole and you can see thru them. The water heater in the master bedroom was not working. The internet was not working due to faulty modem AC adapter. The swimming pool was closed apparently due to Cov-19 restriction although I was able to see the adjacent blocks swimming pool was being used. The kids was sad because they we looking forward to have a swim. Made a complained with the management issues was not resolved. Not recommended at all. Should have asked to move to a different unit or a partial reimbursement due to non-delivery of full service.

Conezion”

Overall experience is good. Need to fix the wireless router. Apparently not working. Also the kitchen sink is clogged. Got to wait for hours for dish water to subside. Also could not swim in the pool. Wasn’t informed by the host. Contacted the condo management and was told only open from Monday to Friday provided it’s working days. Too bad! Couldn’t enjoy the holiday!!! However, there’s a surau on level 6.

Worth it for money”

Parking is a nuisance”

The location is good except the parking which is very hard to access to. The owner should fix the second bathroom door too.
