Not worth the troubles..”

The room we had was not the one we booked, we had no AC and no discount. The last day, we had to move in another room (still no AC) as her calendar was screwd up. The room and shared bathroom were rudimentary. No furniture and water smelled iron. The fresh tuna was really good but the breakfast not so good and the juices were pricy. We booked island hopping with her as she told us we would see not touristic and beautiful places. We especially stayed in Concepcion to get a decent private tour. However, we only went to a wreck spot to snorkel and then went to an island where we stayed 6 hours on it. The boat went to do some other stuff (although the boat was paid for the day) and never came back. Even if it was maybe not the owner's fault, the tour is expensive and not worth it. Moreover, it was complicated to get a discount on the tour. The morning of departure, there were nobody for the check out. We had to let the self calculated amount in our room. We had no response after we left..
