If you have budget you can try this B133A2 (just key in FH Comfy Home B133A2), this is the 1st unit i know off kitchen also got hot water, masteroom with room heater, on for 1-2 hours make u sleep well at cold weather environment. Kitchen with build up Microwaze, cooking hod & hoot with exaust. I love the island in the kitchen, also Balcony, stools provided to overseem the rain forest I have make a few booking at diff apmt & i notice that all are Comfy home, i notice that all the apartmemt i stayed b4 are very clean, some are budgeted apmt some are above average, i stayed A356, A321, B123A2 b4, all are nice and well keept unit. Budgeted like B1332, is very nice unit as well, furniture could be old but well mananged & most important, Clean My self also do Home stay, frankly not easy to keep the apmt as clean apmt stay b4.

The house is super nice and pretty! Very clean! The view from the house was so breath taking! Very very cold at night. Comfy bed ! I do not think there’s a bad thing to comment ! Im satisfied staying here for a quick getaway!

Come with hot water in the Master bathroom sink too. Complete kitchen with stove, pan & utensils. to simplify, a complete apartment for your stay. Highly recommended. A bit pricey compare to other units in the same area but worth it. Basic Astro available too. You can bring in your own media box since HDMI cable available. Only 1 minus point to take note: We found 2 towel with stains. Pls pay attention to it. Do advice your housekeeping on this issue.

Yes towel not supposed to have stain, we will look into it. We will do bette. This is 1 of very limited unit whole house with hot water, masteroom with heater for elderly Kitchen tag with hot water, all sink with hot water, it is 50L Joven boiler (you can see it at the bathroom), no worry about short of warm water. Of course Comfy Home also have budget unit, meantime only 1 Luxury unit, soon we have another 4 with similar fixing as B133A2

We came for a staycation and this unit is very well equipped for cooking or just for hanging out and chilling. It is clean and aesthetically pleasing, you can do some star hunting from the balcony too.

Yes this is 4th floor, g=high enough to catch a Sun rise & star hunting. Silverpark only 3rd floor onwardare Above Ground level, this 4th floor ONLY walk up 1 floor up from Ground level. If weather is good you can catch sea crowd as well, usually eveing. Balcony View is fantastic

Review in word seems all good, not sure how 3.2 arrived. Anyway we will continue our effort to provide clean & sanitised apartment. If Housing rule sis the concern, expexted Quiet hour hour after 10pm, this is Buiding management Housing rules, all operator must comply. Tv was in high volume, we sent in whatapp to request to tone down the volume. Stay Healthy

Hospitality was inadequate”
Insufficient advance notice - I emailed via Agoda but the hostess did not receive it. It is also too unclear where to get the key on the day.We felt unwelcome and disappointed. All the steps on the stairs were very dirty with sticky liquid. The living room was not well cleaned. Lots of cigarette butts and used tissues on the balcony. The hair dryer was broken and did not work. The microwave and electric gas stove did not work. The surroundings are good. Hospitality is insufficient. There is room for significant improvement. We expect improvements next time.

When booking is confirmed, guest immediately received Agoda email remind guest to drop an whatapp to host 0123219077, so host send check in infor to guest. Cigarette butts & tissue were hidden in the flower pots, busy time cleaner may overlook it, we apologies for this, we shall take note . Microwaze& elec stove just follow the user guide is working well, but not all Msian like to read user guide unfirtunately Some guest, we really reluctant to host time.
I appreciate the person in charge's attitude.”
It is worth mentioning that the person in charge has a very friendly and enthusiastic attitude, and if you have any questions, you can ask them directly and sincerely. The only drawback is that there is no wifi provided.

House is good to cater for 8 pax , young kids and it’s clean. Evening and night time tend to be cold. Limited food options during weekdays, so for any travelers who plan to go on weekday, it’s better if you bring your own food to cook. There are facilities in the house to cook. Will definitely return next round!

This unit is designed for Home feeling Holidays home The Island at Kitchen is designed main for holidays, usully holidays tend to eat casually. 1 Portable table with chairs if yiu need more space for dining. The Island is with 6 bar stools.

The rate for this unit is higher than some others within the same resort but it was definitely worth it. The apartment was well furnished with fully equipped kitchen and full cutleries set of good quality. Bed was very comfortable and linens and bed covers were of good quality as well. The apartment is one flight up from the carpark and the balcony faces the greens - very refreshing.

We booked a few units from the same host for our family retreat. Highly satisfied with the unit and we enjoyed the unit very much:- Quiet environment with privacy Clean and organised unit Balcony directly acing greenery Can see sunrise from the balcony Even though it is a 4th floor unit but we only need to walk up 1 floor from ground level Well equiped kitchen with almost all utensils required - induction cooker, microwaze, steamboat pot, electric grill pan to do bbq in the unit Kitchen tap is with hot water Masteroom is with built-in heater ( suggested on for 1 hour only so not over heated) 4 queen-sized bed for big family 2 bathroom with boiler Very friendly & accommodative host. Highly recommended. The only negative point is the unfriendly security guard at the apartments but this is the issue of the management office.

The unit is complete with all the cooking utensils (including steamboat, rice cooker & hot plate) and kept in a clean condition. Check in/out was easy. Heated water available in toilets as well as kitchen. All windows installed with netting. If i can suggest for improvement, it would be to provide filtered water dispenser.

Filter water is fixed. The shorter tag is water filter, the longer one is water tag. This filter is main for inatant drinking. This unit is well equip, kitchen tag is with warm water as well. Cleaning & sanitising is always our Top priority.
