The place is clean, comfortable and it looks exactly like it does on the pictures. View from apartment was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed. Ms. Yew (Host) is very helpful and she promptly responses any query. Moreover, all her staffs are helpful too. I am looking forward to staying here again. Cheers

So, our unit was A1332: which means it’s in Block A13, 3rd floor, 2nd unit (this one’s on the left) under the private maintenance of FH Comfy Home. 1. Location of the unit is superb in my opinion; - great view - middle floor (so we didn’t have to climb / go down extra floor(s) - corner unit - unit besides this one was empty (like, not in the condition to be rented whatsoever), so it was quiet - parking’s a bit subjective though; sometimes you get one near your unit, sometimes you don’t, coz visitors can only park in the yellow parking bays 2. The insides were great as well - Plenty of towels, maybe like 8 or 10 towels in total. - Kitchen utensils that we had were cutlery, oven, microwave, water heater, big fridge, wok, jug, and other stuffs - Except for the kitchen, toilets, and balcony, it’s carpeted. So it may or may not be to your liking – we were OK with it. - TV had free ASTRO channels, including TVIQ and that 617 channel for kids - Furniture are good

We will do batter to provide Clean & sanitised unit. From the price, it Is not a Luxury unit but definately a clean & comfortable unit. Simple place for 6 pax, Masteroom 2 Queen, 2nd room 2 Single. Water heater with pump, well function if you follow the user guide stick on the bathroom door, as simple as "do not turn the water volume to max, so you get more hot water"

Yes, this unit is Natural lover favorate unit, big Balcony Direct facing Green, it is high floor 3rd floor, view is fantastic, yiu can seesea crowd if weather is good. All Silverpark Resort only 3rd Floor and above are Above Ground level. Hifger floor Better view. This unit only walk up 8 step only from GroundLevel

Water heater user guide is atick on the bathroom door, when weathe ris cold, you must lower down the water volume so more hot water, even lower down the water still strong for you to have goosd shower. Furniture are original Resort surnishing & style, it is matche dwith the Silverpark Buiding. Semi Leather Sofa is comfortable to seat. Kitchen will full cooking utensils, Induxction cooker with matched pot & frying pan, Microwaze, rice cooker , kettle, fridge. This is apartment for 6 pax, masteroom 2Q bed, 2ndroom 2S bed. FH Comfy Home promised fro Clean & Sanitised apartment. Linen is changed every check out

The master bedroom has smell of dampness in the bathroom wall which seems to be covered by paint. Sofa was not clean, balcony was large but the chairs were all rusted. The geyser switch in common bathroom could not be switched off. The lock in the sliding was not functional. Just ten stairs to the room,. So easy to walk up.

It is cold at Frasers hill, as low as 16c, may hv some littlemusty smell occasionaly, open the window & sliding door let fresh air flow into it. We will look into the the rusted chair & switch Thank you.
Huge balcony, run down apartment”
The balcony was huge, my family had a great time gathering in this apartment. The building is rundown, however the Owner took initiatives to reburbish the interior of its unit, hence credit should be given to him/her.

Old apartment - needs refurbishment”
Whilst we were helped to get an early checkin and host was responsive to earlier messages the apartment condition was disappointing. The beds did not have fresh linen and their was strands of hair on the beds. Cobwebs in the living room, especially behind the TV, mouldy walls and ceiling in tge bathroom. Toilet paper was damp suggesting the bathrooms were 'sprayed clean'. Overall the rooms need new floor coverings, furniture and fittings. Neat, yes, but not suitable for guests. Hoping that the positive comms leading up to our stay will reflect a host willing to freshen and refurbish the apartment.

Year end cold month, we do not have enough time to cover maintanence, we shall apologies if anything is being overlooked. Appreciate instant whatapp message to us if anything not meet guest expextation. While changing the linen, careless claener may dropped own hair on the bed, we try our best to avoid this, we for sure change all linen every check out.
