Lovely new hotel ”

Very new, clean hotel. Rooms are spacious and the pool is lovely. Great value at under 800 baht. Friendly staff and wheelchair & pram accessible. Family Mart 5 minute down the road, restaurant across the road. Maybe best suited to those with own car as it is a little out of the way. That said there is Grab in Surat so easy to get around. Didn't try the breakfast, can be added for 150 baht. Overall great stay.

We didn't expect much and booked it according to the location, it is close to where we needed but knowing it is not downtown. The room was very nice and very clean, spacious and modern, just like the rest of the hotel. It was a good price for the room we got. The staff was helpful and friendly. If you do not mind using a taxi for a short but necessary ride to go downtown I definitely recommend this hotel. There is a very good restaurant just across not cheap but very well done Thai food. Other than that there really isn't much around in walking distance of the hotel.

One thing to be corrected is that the hotel doesn't really have a halal restaurant. There is an option for halal food but only limited to cereals, toasts, and perhaps omelettes. They provided pork during our stay so there was a possibility of mixed cooking utensils. Also there was no room service. No halal food within walking distance. 7-11 is available down the road but need to do extra walking which is not convenient with young children. Need to check the rate directly before booking as the prices could be lower than the ones online. However, the hotel is new and clean. The reception area feels grand & modern. The swimming pool is a bit small but nice for children. Handsoap or additional soap at the wash basin would be good. Towels were changed, mini bar refilled daily & rooms were cleaned efficiently. Rooms are not large but sufficient, beds & pillows are very comfy, the linens feel clean. They gave us small gifts after checkout which were lovely.

The staffs are friendly, price reasonable with pleasant stay. The breakfast is good and homemade. Room is clean and new, comfort bed. The restaurant opposite is good too, food delicious and cosy design. Deserve a very good review with this price

It shocked us how nice this place was. Most comfy bed ever. Big windows in our room to see sunrise. Great restaurant across the street. Very friendly staff. Located near the high speed ferry to the islands. Up and coming neighborhood. I could see this being the #1 spot to stay for a jump off point to the islands once word gets out.

Exactly what we needed”

We were traveling To Samui and needed to stay somewhere for a night. Really pleasant stay and excellent value for money. Not sure about the area other than the restaurant across the road (very tasty) but very close to the pier for our morning travel to the islands. Hotel all in all was really good
