GREAT HOTEL!”
Room is very spacious! Loved the beds and pillows. Location is also very accessible, it is 3 minutes tricycle ride away from SM. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We asked to leave our stuff in their office because we arrived very early and we had to go to our tour. They were very nice to watch over our things and the room was ready when we came back. It is also nice that there is free breakfast with our booking. Food was delicious. Plus that they have water dispensers at every floor!!

They allowed me to leave my things in their office for I am about to hike Lake Holon that time and even when I was about to visit Davao. This is situated near Bulaong terminal for travelers who want to explore South Cotabato. They got a fast wifi connection.

Easy access to everywhere, tje aircon is very good, water heater working all the time, The room space is just right, good cable tv, and theres no bidet but thermo blanket will do.

Nice Hotel in City Center Within Small Business Center”
I liked this hotel. 1st time here. Nice little business center with café and restaurants close by. Easy ride pretty much anywhere, even walk to bus terminal if you want. Everything functional and clean. Especially nice for business travelers. I recommend.

Staff are accommodating. We were there during the 6.9 earthquake . We got back from a mall with minor wound and they offer help and ensure our safety. The place is okay. room is clean.

Near City Hall”
Since most of my transactions are in the city hall, this place was convenient for me. Not much to expect , although I could say that they have friendly staff and airport transfer services which adds to the value of this small hotel.

I like the hotel because of it's location. It is located near plaza and there is a lot of establishment that are open 24/7. There's no tissue in the bathroom i have to by my own. The power outlet is covered by the bedside table in room 103. The lighting is also not good.

Wifi sucks it's super slow, room key cards don't work you'll need to reach out to their staff to open your room door with an actual key, it happened a couple of times before they decided to just give me the key lol. The room smells like trapped moisture too, aircon is not blowing cold air even if it's already set to its coldest temp. They'll provide you 1 pillow then charge you extra if you'll request for another one. All in all it was okay, but will not recommend for longer stays, there are a lot of good value hotels around gensan, sorry but this aint it.

the room is clean the staff are friendly.. the staff did not assist us with our things when we check out.. they did not offer help to carry our luggage to the tricycle. the food/breakfast is not good..☹☹
