Colonie 12 are Colonie 1111 & Colonie 1112 combined to cater to big families or groups of up to 16 guests. These 2 apartments are located side by side with a huge balcony designed for a family bbq with benches for star-gazing. The view from the balcony is of the surrounding forest - No view obstruction. These 2 apartments are linked via the balcony gate. This is a walk-down apartment (2 levels down eg. walking from upstairs to downstairs in a 2-storey Terrace) in Silverpark Resort, Fraser's Hill.

Please be respectful of our 'Pork-free' and 'No noise' policy. Colonie cannot be used for parties or noisy gatherings. • Our Response to Covid-19:
Our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. Our cleaning staff has been provided with extra training to ensure that all surfaces, especially high touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches have been sanitized before your stay.

• Guests are required to wear face masks at all times in the common ground outside of the apartments. Kindly note that guests with temperatures of more than 37.5ºC will not be allowed entry.

• COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING COMPLIANCE :
In compliance with government guidelines, all guests (including children) are required to provide full names + contact details and have their temperature taken before entering Silverpark / Colonie premises. Please provide details to your host @ 0199328918 to ensure a smooth check-in.

Colonie 12 provides :-
• 6 Bedrooms with 8 comfortable Queen beds (sleeps 16)
• 2 Master bedrooms has 2 queen-sized beds side by side with en-suite bath.
• The other 4 bedrooms has one queen-sized bed each & shares a bath.
• Each queen-sized bed has 2 pillows, 1 bedsheet and 1 large duvet.
• The master en-suite & shared bathrooms comes with heated showers. Bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body soap are provided
• Wifi : NO WIFI because there are no available internet ports in Fraser's by Telekom. Phone's data is good enough for Whatsapp and Facebook.
• TV : Flat screen TV with HDMI capabilities provided. HDMI cable provided, no TV channels provided. You can watch movies on the TV by connecting your laptop to it using the HDMI cable provided.

Kitchen is fully equipped with the following :-

• Electric Kettle
• Electric Steamboat Hotpot (with extension cord)

Communal BBQ Pit :
All BBQ activities at the apartment outdoor terrace, including guest own BBQ electric grill is not permitted due to fire hazards & cleanliness issue.
Guests can book the building management's communal BBQ pit at the price of RM70 per use on first come first serve basis. Guests bring their own BBQ net / skewers & charcoal if they want to use the communal BBQ pit.

Size of BBQ Table: 813MM x 1219MM

NOTE: You can buy 2 pieces of the 400 X 500MM grill nets. It should fit nicely.

Upon booking, guests agree to abide by ALL our house rules. We are a part of a tranquil apartment community and we practice considerate neighbourly conduct. • Please keep to the maximum number of guests allowed in your reservation. • No noise / parties / noisy gatherings • No music playing on speakers / amplifiers • Quiet Hours Policy 10PM - 7AM • Pork-free • No smoking indoors • Responsible drinking • Close Balcony doors at night & early mornings to prevent monkeys entering. • Please wash up after you use the kitchen facilities. • All BBQ activities at the apartment outdoor terrace, including guest own BBQ electric grill is not permitted due to fire hazards & cleanliness issue. • Guests can book the building management's communal BBQ pit with RM70 per use on first come first serve basis. • Bin your trash in the green trash bins provided at the carpark. • Park at yellow bays, parking at owner's red bays will result in a RM50 clamping fine. NOTE : A Security Deposit covers any noise disturbance offense / loss of linens, kitchen items & non-compliance to house rules. If there are no issues (usually there are not), the deposit will be refunded in full 24 hours after departure. RM25 will be charged per bath towel misused i.e as floor mats or to clean up dirt.

A lot rules and regulations of the house. Keep reminding and reminding of those rules and make us felt very uncomfortable and need very very careful in the house. We are excited with the BBQ allowed, but additional charge of cleanup fees for the BBQ bit. Also asking a lot detail of guest and exactly age of all the kids to be stay.

We are sorry to hear that Ai felt uncomfortable but I went through my communication with the guests and we did not emphasize any rules. When guest enquired about the BBQ, we communicated that BBQ was chargeable as it involved extra cleanup. Ai was excited about the BBQ because its an extra service provided that no other apartments in the vicinity provides because of the hassle of BBQ cleaning. However, this group departed without paying for the BBQ and I had to PM her to request payment which she paid eventually. To put it objectively, Ai booked Colonie 12 + Colonie 1121. We asked regarding no. of guests to ensure that the number of guests do not exceed the total number allowed. Colonie 12 allows up to 16 guests but they had a total of 16 adults + 5 kids. In Colonie 1121, she initially guest said there would be 8 + 1 child. But in the end, it became 10 + 2 children. I further enquire abt the children ages to ensure that the extra children could still stay comfortably in one apartment.
