There're a lots of annoying bugs/insects inside the room. We're wondering why, and tried to get rid of those annoyance. But when we looked below the beds, it really is dirty. please take care of the cleanliness, your room is the best, but I really feel disappointed bcs it's dirty :( I want to stay there again, but, with those bugs, I hold my urge to stay there, and will look for another place to stay. Thanks anyway..

ok first we got only 1 towel for double room, i ask for another towel and tissue but the reception staff said their run out of towel？later the house keeping come and said they have one towel left so we got the towel, but dont get the tissue. go to pool at 8th floor and try the gym near the pool with a very few facilities, the pool is good if only they have a proper maintenance. i mean it. the room ambience and lighting is comfy but the furniture is very "vurnerable" so be careful in there. the basic facilities also intact. long time unused water boiler, seems usable small fridge. there is cigarette burned mark on the sofa eventough we order nonsmoking room. thank god no cigarette smell left anyway. but inspite of that the night view from bedroom is awesome. the minimalist design is very nice.

I recommended the place for couple or family with young child, the one bedroom apartment type is quite spacious with full facilities - even the wifi works better in living room rather than in the bedroom. it's only that we arrived just after the flood, we need to advise the cleaner for better cleaning, but after that, the place is excellent. excellent value of money for the room price and the facilities

Access to the vehicle is quite good + free parking, but there are no directions to the check-in place at all. For elevator access, only one elevator is provided, you have to wait patiently if there are many people, especially in pandemic conditions that limit the number of people in the elevator. Room conditions are in accordance with the price, quite neat and all the main facilities are available, but the TV remote is very difficult to operate, and the walls of the rooms have dirty spots, reducing comfort
