Friendly and attentive staff. It is along Luna St. where tricycle drivers do not want to pass by because of heavy traffic so expect difficulty in getting tricycle going to the inn. But the inn is walking distance from Luna Streat food park, SM, and Lighthouse Cooperative. The inn is also near St. Peter Cathedral.

What you paid for”

The Staff was accommodating, polite, attentive to our needs and concerns . The place is Cozy, the room size is OK good lay out, Air condition works plus strong WIFI. They also serve good quality breakfast, I hope we can book deals that includes the breakfast in the future.

Value for Money, Excellent Location”

Had a great stay at this hotel. Basic amenities are provided and the staff are amazing. The location is also perfect. Its just a stone's throw away from the newly opened SM. Downside is the limited parking space. It can only accommodate 2 cars at most and since its a busy street, you have to find a place to park your vehicle. The steep stairs (no lift since its only 3 floors) is challenging for people with knee problems, kids and the elderly.

Convenient stay ”

I'd like to commend the staff as they we're helpful in making our stay as seamless as possible. One of our friends decided to join us last minute so our room was good for one person less. The staff were very flexible about it and did not give us grief. We checked in less than 15 mins. The room was comfortable and clean, AC was working. Faucet was a bit old but that's fine. It's 3-5 mins walk to SM.

Spend your money elsewhere (you only waste it here)”

Apart from it's location right next to SM Tuguegarao (not even 1 minute walk). We had 'Executive Rooms' and they come WITHOUT a bar fridge, coffee/tea making materials (no kettle), only 1 power outlet, wifi that is sporadic (because on-site staff have no idea how to fix), unhelpful staff - we were carrying multiple shopping bags and 2 boxes and staff just looked at us as we had to carry these and a baby upstairs (no elevator), security staff that was asleep, restaurant menu where more than 70% of items were either 'out-of-stock', or just plain 'not available', toilet seat built up (was on a 15cm high block, for me as a European it was even too high), no shower curtain so EVERYTHING in bathroom/CR gets wet. I 'STRONGLY' suggest that you go to another place as this one is absolutely awful (excepting for my opening statement of its closeness to SM Tuguegarao, it's one and only 'good' feature), again DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Value for money for a short stay”

It's a decent hotel. Clean, close to SM and close enough to the track oval (15-minute walk). Hotel had decent airconditioning, but poor beddings. I had a single, thin blanket and a rough towel. But it's cheap so I can't complain. Wifi coverage is limited. Not quite as strong in the rooms as they are outside.

room was fine,basic but clean. Downside was street noise,only Filipino food,forget western plus listed as airport transfer available..it isn't so get your mask out for the polluted run to the airport in a trike.

I like the location as it is just walking distance to the mall, cathedral, and souvenir shop (Lighthouse Cooperative) where you can buy food products made in the area.
