It´s outside the city, 10-12 km so there is nothing to do but stay at the resort. Only complaint should be the restaurant. Nice staff, but the menu is dissapointing, Pizza, pasta and burgers. I asked for a chicken Burger, but they did´nt have burgers at all that day

Restaurant closed, pool bar closed, main lobby bar closed, restaurants around hotel none, spa at resort was closed. There was literally nothing to do, eat or hang out other than your room. Please read this review and save yourself time and money. It looks beautiful and that is it. The resort is over 12 kilometers from town. Complete waste of a beautiful place with absolutely no amenities.

Great accommodation but poor services ”
The resort is lovely, the view is amazing and the rooms are nice. Nevertheless the reception was not good, non flexible and we could feel lack of management. One of the pool was really dirty, one food tray stayed outside a room for one day. We found a little shit from a bird in our doorlock. It's really a pity...

coffee was awful, there are primitive restaurants in the neighborhood of the hotel, they push all there trash into the river. Hotel has no good restaurant, staff is not trained, do not know how to do things right. recommendation: manager has to go to a training of hospitality and food preparation. They do not show up there leaving their coworker helplessly ! The road is bad, full of chicken holes (or elephant holes). Bad bad bad!!!

Good location but service need to be improved”
The location is good, room and facilities are valued for money. But staff need to be proper trained. They need more skills, such as to know which customers arrive first and should follow first come first serve. Swimming pools are not ready for customers to use before 5PM.

Room was very spacious, but the cleaning wasn’t good. We found alot of hairs on the bed on our first night. They also have a restaurant which was nice.

Phù hợp với nhu cầu nghỉ dưỡng, mình ở villa lake view phòng diện tích rộng rãi, thoải mái tiện nghi mới và rất tốt, resort nhiều cây xanh và đẹp, nhân viên khách sạn rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Nhìn chung, mình khá hài lòng với resort này, nếu có dịp du lịch ở Quảng ngãi lần nữa thì resort này sẽ là một trong những lựa chọn của mình

Resort khá là đẹp, tốt nhưng có lẽ do ảnh hưởng tàn dư covid nên một số dịch vụ chưa được mở bể bơi rất đẹp nhưng vì ko được chăm thường xuyên nên có rêu phí dưới đáy, trơn và làm nước có cặn.

Khách sạn có vị trí xa trung tâm thành phố. Nằm cạnh sông và có cảnh quan đẹp. Tuy nhiên khách sạn không được bảo quản tốt, lối đi cầu thang dơ bẩn, 2 hồ bơi đều không cho khách sử dụng. Phòng vệ sinh rất nhỏ và không có ô tắm riêng. Nói chung là không có bất cứ dịch vụ gì tại khách sạn

Resort sachh sẽ. Cây cối nhiều. Thoáng mát. Phòng dulex giá tương đối tốt. Giường king rất thoải mái tiện nghi. Hồ bơi vô cực phải mua vé mới dc sử dụng. Giá ko bao gồm ăn sáng nhưng thôi cũng đc. Vị trí đối diện sông nên thoáng mát thơ mộng.

Resort chưa chuẩn bị để đón khách. Lẽ ra Resort phải chuẩn bị đón khách trước 2-4 tuần. Hồ bơi còn quá dơ. Các bộ phận chức năng chỉ ở một mức tối thiểu. Nhà hàng gần như chưa hoạt động. Resort quảng cáo là 04 sao như chỉ có cái vỏ cơ sở vật chất. Chất lượng quá tệ, chỉ ở mức 1-2 sao. Resort này cũng chưa được sếp hạng của tổng cục du lịch. Nên quản cáo 04 sao là khoong phù hợp.
