I fell in love with CocoCay Resort”
We are coming back again before we go back to the UK, I could live in your area, I just love the place, it’s so clean, grate staff, very friendly & extremely helpful, excellent facilities, looking forward to when we come back to the Philippines & try out the water park. The location is so simple to find, I even recommended CocoCay to my friend, so he drove his family up to see us, & for what it cost, we’re coming back on the 24of January for 3 days before we fly home. Beautiful ocean view ”
Hotel has a large swimming pool and waterpark (fee) with a huge open-air restaurant space looking to sea. Room is basic but clean with strong A/C, English cable TV stations, hot water with strong shower, and comfortable bed. The beach along this coastal area has no sand; however, the view is incredible. Restaurant serves good Filipino foods at the right prices. The property has ample parking.

The room is generally clean and they have a waterpark which is the highlight for us cause we really wanted our kid to enjoy our vacation which he did! Nice room with AC and wifi + pool + beach view + waterpark + wide parking space = it feels sulit for the PHP2,200 I paid for.

The room is great for its price however hopefully next time they will provide rugs 😊 The sliding doors are also stressful but space efficient.

Average Experience”
We travelled with our infant and checked in late (around 8pm). No hassle and they were expecting us. Parking is nice. Our baby loved their pool - it’s not too chlorinated. Seems it’s newly renovated . I think it’s the waterpark that’s undergoing renovation. Our room has extra bed, which is nice since our baby consumes too much space in our bed and we were able to use the extra bed to extend our (double) bed. We like the fact that our bathroom has hot/cold shower and lots of power outlets. There is also cable tv. However in the CR, there’s no bidet, pail or dipper which is necessary somehow for us since we have a baby with us. There is also no closet where we can put our things. No refrigerator as well. The staffs were accommodating and assists us with all of our needs and concerns. Since we are travelling on a budget, for us the food is quite pricey - from 400 ++ for a complete meal for 2. The place is quiet. In the evening, you can hear the waves splashing to the view deck. By the way, if you plan to swim in the ocean it’s not possible here since the place is kinda elevated from the sea. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. It would have been better if there’s free breakfast.

We stayed in this resort for 3 days in a Family Room. The room was great and was clean. Every time we needed assistance the staff was readily available. We enjoyed our stay very much. We are looking forward as to when they’ll open the water park.

Missing the little things”
The location is great - accept there is little to do locally without a car - and apparently nowhere to rent either cars - or motorbikes - locally. The food in the restaurant is just OK but we discovered the hotel down the beach had a better AND cheaper selection so started going there on 2nd day. Pool and staff are great. Room needs a few things - a closet, a fridge, take the tiny TV off the wall and put it somewhere you can watch it without getting neck strain and replace the sliding doors that you have to wedge with a shoe to stop rattling with something a LITTLE more soundproof.

Last Minute Booking”
We made this last minute booking as hotels/hostels in San Juan are already fully booked. Our stay in Cococay was just fine, our room provides us with the basic need ( Aircon, Bed, Heated Shower ) Room is quite small, no other appliances inside excpet TV. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is not that clean when we arrive. There’s also a waterpark as part of their ammenities, but you have to pay 300php per head ( Per head, means even toddlers ages 2 and below needs to pay, no discounts ) on top of your hotel fee. Over all, ill give a fair review since my daughter haf a great stay with them

We stayed here for 3days 2nights. The staff were very accommodating and nice. The place was clean except for the kids play area. The kids pool was full of moss. Also the beach isnt accessible, staff mentioned that its been high tide for quite sometime now. Hence, the beach being inaccessible. All in all the place was great.
