Compared to all the hotels/resorts it was reasonable. It's close to everything. The trolley, sea world, universal, McDonald's, walgreens, and the icon park. I notice family's strictly using this place to sleep and using the shuttle buses to take them to disney, universal, and seaworld. Be careful of those timeshare presentation. We chose to pay the difference and not be in the 90 min presentation. For 3 tickets to seaworld and 3 tickets for the eye of Orlando was $183. My advice use an uber! From the airport to the resort cost us $24 and $17. P.s. the pool is warm and it was nice for a late night swim.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great of a place it was for the price we paid. After reading some reviews about the smell of rooms and long waits to check in, I thought it went great! Our room had a leak, but the hotel staff was quick to get us into a new room and made sure it was good to go for us. The food was good, no continental but they had food to buy, and drinks. They were safe with people wearing masks and tables were spaced appropriately. For being a Friday and Saturday it was busy, but didn’t feel too crowded to me. We will definitely come back and use this site to book. Oh yeah, they also only charged us half the resort fee because this app paid for half I guess? That was awesome

It was a pleasant stay. I enjoyed myself and made the best of my stay. I really liked how it was located in an area where it was around a lot of Places such as restaurants, attractions, stores & Etc. The water park and pool area was really nice. The staff was Friendly and reasonable during Check in and Out. However they should fix the Heater more because the room can get cold. But overall I will definitely be staying there again in the Future.

Traveled with my two kids and they enjoyed the stay. It’s convenient and everything is close by. They enjoyed the water features all 3 days.

Dated room attendees change from a king suite to double queen, without a kitchen. Didn't work for us. Plenty to choose from. Didn't really work for us. Clogged bathroom , which tells me the room was a hurried check out handed to us.

An Ok hotel”

Could be a bit more cleaner and some updating in rooms needed. Air con was a bit noisy and the tap was drippy all night and day.

The water park was really fun for our 7 and 9 year old boys. Be aware the rooms are super basic. Ours was clean. Do not try to reserve a pull out couch for 2 kids!! The couches hold a twin bed only!! Water park made the stay worth it. Also Dunkin is next door for us early coffee drinkers. ✌🏼

The water park is amazing. My 3 boys didn’t want to get out of the park. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but at least COVID measures were in place.

Beds suck they hurt your back. Phone didn't work in the room to contact front desk to tell them our dead bolt didn't work on our door. Tried calling hotel from cell phone and noone ever answered. Had to move the desk infront of the door to make sure it was secure. Toilet leaked water all around it. Breakfast was HORRIBLE for the amount of money breakfast is it was absolutely garbage. The staff is nice

price difference ”

prices on agoda and prices when you check in are totally different. claiming on line that there are no rooms, in fact they had plenty of rooms. will never go back!

Ants everywhere and thieves ”

For one there were ants crawling all over every dresser and counter, the couches had stains all over, towels had stains and dirt on them AND I left my bag in my room and house keeping STOLE it, my mom and grandma have been itching since we left so I Who know what creatures were crawling in their room

Booking it online and then going their was a nightmare for my wife - I had to call and speak with them to figure out what was going on. Staff was inconsiderate to my wife & did not tell her correct information - they were very unfriendly and seemingly overwhelmed as they let their frustrations flow over to the guests who are there to pay their salaries. Traveled with 2 other moms and their young kids so made everything extremely stressful and they were very inflexible. Stuck to their guns on everything leaving no slack no grace. Multiple room adjustments and made excuse due to we wanted a room next to each other was reason they were HOURS late letting them check in when it was raining and waterpark temporarily closed until lightning was further out. Even when they got them into a different room the staff literally was trying to sneak the microwave OUT an remove it from their room! Asking how were they going to heat up food for little kids?? The staff was like ohhh...we didn't think you needed it!! Absolutely ZERO understanding on how to run a hotel. Then gave them rooms NOT as they told them with 1 bed and no pull-out couch and no chairs to sit anywhere. Then switched them AGAIN with beds with NO chairs and no where to sit. Run away from this place - run far away. MAKE your reservations somewhere else and PAY to go to Aquatica -Sea World. Very dissatisfied and not happy at all the way they treated my family and not being able to be there to assist. I also spent 4HOURS later in day attempting to reach someone at front desk - manager - operator or reservations and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!!!!!! Totally a sham do not reserve.

The staff is friendly. Our room fridge wasn’t working and it took over an hour to get someone to check it out. The outdoor seats don’t have umbrellas to help with sun exposure especially when you’re with little ones.

This place was nice, but the rooms lacked a little bit ... we stayed in the family room and there was no table and chairs to sit at. so you end up eating on the bed. was a bit weird. the rooms were clean but could use some instructions on the tv etc. small things that matter

While my kids did enjoy the water park I can’t say staff was great or the safety of your vehicle when you are paying an additional fee to park your car on the hotel lot. Someone on the second floor was smoking like a chimney and throwing cigarettes over the balcony and lollipops which both burned my husbands truck and the lollipop melted on his truck. The staff were less than helpful and could have cared less.

This hotel is definitely not worth the almost 150 a night stay there. They do not clean the rooms in between night they have no breakfast or coffee except the coffee in the room which is horrible the only thing nice about this hotel was the waterpark which half of it was shut down. For this much money you could stay at a much nicer hotel with much more amenities and at least get breakfast.
