Historic hotel for romantic getaway ”

The Cliff House is a romantic hotel, perfect for couples. It leaves you feeling papered and spoiled from the beautifully appointed rooms, luxuriate bathrobes and turndown service to the delicious meals and comfortable porches with firepits for cool nights. The location is convenient to many Colorado Springs area attractions and is situated right in the cute downtown area of of Manitou Springs. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others - but do be aware that they have both a daily service fee, and a valet fee (if the choose to park at the hotel).

We came for a Christmas party and stayed the night! I am a Colorado Springs native and this was my first time here! I cannot believe I have missed out on years of enjoyment! I would highly recommend the Cliff House! Wonderful ambiance, staff and accommodations!

Charming Hotel & Town”

We loved everything about our stay at The Cliff House. They had a very friendly and helpful staff. We had a beautiful room overlooking the mountains with a fireplace and huge spa tub. The whole hotel was beautiful and charming. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Probably our favorite part though is that the hotel is a part of the beautiful little town of Manitou Springs. We loved walking around and exploring the town and eating at all of the little restaurants and coffee shops. Would 100% recommend this place!

Wonderful Victorian Hotel”

We enjoyed the spacious high ceiling, heated toilet seat, spa in the bath/ shower, Excellent breakfast (yes, during the covid-19 time when La Quinta at 2 different locations only offered Coffee) That's because of the Spectacular Restaurant at the Cliff House!!! We will be back the next time in Manitou Springs!!!

Best Anniversary stay ever”

The Cliff House is a beautiful, historic hotel but our delightful stay didn't end with the history of the hotel. Everyone from the valet, front desk staff, servers, and housekeepers went over and above to make our 25th anniversary stay a really special treat. The suites are stunning and the food both from room service and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Highly recommend a stay at the Cliff House for any occasion!

Beautiful Place”

The Cliff House is an awesome place to stay and you are right downtown Manitou Springs! That’s walking distance for almost anything you want to do or see. I love this place and would come back here anytime I’m in Manitou.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of history. ”

We spent one night at The cliff house. The hospitality was exceptional from the minute we got there. Our room was amazing, the front desk was very nice about check in a little early. The property is beautiful and worth walking around to check out. There is a very nice relaxing bar and restaurant that was very nice as well, the bartender Hillary was also amazing. The breakfast was a really nice, it was buffet style but was done really well with a lot of fresh fruit and again with amazing attentive staff. We will be back.

Exceptional”

My sister and I were on a road trip from Minnesota and this hotel and staff was hands down the best part of our trip....we loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night.... I will recommend this establishment to anyone who is going to Colorado!!!!

Celebration of a Graduate Wonderful dinner excellent wait staff ”

ll the staff were well trained. The hotel was spotless. the beds were exceptional and the rooms were lovely with aa fireplace as well as a jet tub/ Breackfast was also included and it was much more than expected. We were very happy with our stay at the cliff house.

We spent 4 days at Cliff House and enjoyed every minute there. The staff were all friendly and so helpful in planning our activities. The breakfast each morning was delicious and fresh. We only ate dinner there one evening and it was very nice. They certainly go out of their way to accommodate their guests.

Last minute getaway”

My 6yr old son and I stayed here for a first time trip to Manitou Springs. We were greeted by friendly staff and beautiful surroundings! Our room was cozy and clean. It was so nice and it had a huge whirlpool bath and fireplace that he loved! The inn was quiet and peaceful. Our breakfast in the morning was delicious. We were within steps from the town and so close to attractions. We will definitely come back to stay here! Very grateful, Jennifer &Lucas

Lovely place!”

We are a couple on a budget and we eloped to Manitou Springs. We stayed here and it was romantic and cozy, the staff was lovely, and we highly recommend it!

Great hotel and staff. The room was A plus, staff very helpful but not in the way, check in and out easy and the restaurant was very good too. Over all a wonderful place to stay. We will be back for sure...tom

Good deal through Agoda led to awful room!”

Thought I had secured a great deal booking through Agoda - was given a room with door through to another - the people next door might as well have been in our room - the noise was awful. Hotel said it was a matter for Agoda and we should not have booked through a third party! Unfortunate end to what had been a brilliant trip to US....

Great Stay!”

Everything was awesome in this historic hotel. We loved it and would definitely stay in the future! I only had 1 issue and that was the mattress was not comfortable and in my opinion needed to be replaced. But I still give this place 5 stars for everything wonderful.

Wonderful hotel full of history”

Comfy bed, jetted tub, heated and lighted potty seat. The restaurants had top notch food and the staff was warm and friendly.

The best hotel staff ever. But rooms arent kid friendly. We had 2 children that we booked for and nowhere for them to sleep

Beautiful Hotel”

The staff are exceptionally friendly and responsive. The room was lovely. We especially enjoyed our supper in the Red Mountain Bar and Grill.
