Nice and clean hotel with great proximity to necessities and restaurants. It’s quiet and safe. Room is spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and with decent toiletries. The lobby is huge and staffs are friendly. Worth the money!

The room that I get is far different with what I saw in the picture... But can't complain much because it's a budget hotel... Cleanliness is slightly less satisfactory... The room amenities is very basic, don't expect much since is budget. The corridor and the room overall look old as well... But can't complain much, just my small feedback... One thing I very disappointed is the water pressure of the shower... Slow and small like hell... Another thing I found awful is there's a c*ckroach struggling when I open the drawer...

Cleanliness is totally out. 1. Hair strands on the bed sheet, it looks like didn’t cleaned after occupants used the room. 2. Pillow and bed sheet are dirty. Bed frame full of dust . 3. Water pressure was slow and small. 4. You can smell the next door smoking during midnight . 5. There have urine on the toilet lid , is totally unacceptable. 6. Staff didn’t wear mask all the time.

When enter the room can feel the room is dust maybe long time nobody stay before. Then the TV area and bed frame is dust. Hotel didn't provide service for add on mattress and night time after 10pm cannot add on extra blanket say by reception because house keeping has sign off. Above is my concern after staying at Classical Boutique Hotel.
