Every soda or ice cream machine seemed not to work, we and others went to desk for refunds of lost money! The Buffet restaurant was closed for dinner leaving the bar with limited menu as your dining choice, unless traveling off premises. Shuttle to Disney parks was convenient.

I took a shot in the dark on this one. Got a good price and didn’t know what to expect. It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in but it was GREAT! The hotel is gated, which is super nice and there is a guard at the shack 24:7. The staff is friendly and will get you what you need. The room are 7/10; they need updates but aren’t terrible at all. They have mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee. The location is what I loved , a 5 min drive to Disney springs and a 15-20 to magic kingdom. They offer shuttles to the main parks in the area. Splash pad is perfect and they have 2 heated pools. They have an arcade and a nice gift shop as well. They have a bar and grille and a breakfast buffet you have to pay for, which don’t waste your money it wasn’t good. Over all such a good experience with the hotel !

Live the room facing the pool, kids aracde and mini store, splash zone, little walking trail with lounge chair by the pawn, bus to attraction is in front of the hotel, housekeeping can get annoying and will wake you up and knock daily, front desk arent really accommodating or friendly, but for the room size with all amenities and facing a pool it's a great deal

Great Stay if you are planning to go to the theme parks”

We found this hotel to be in a perfect location to get to any of the theme parks. We really did not spend much time in the hotel as we left early and came back relatively late. Here are some thoughts: - great location! easy to get to any park - my daughter really enjoyed the pool, it was a decent size regardless of the crowd. - the room had a fridge and microwave which allowed us to save some money on dinner (we stayed for 10 days and were sick of takeout) - Free parking was awesome - The staff checked us in pretty quickly with no issue here is what we didnt like: - it was very difficult to get help with our luggage. It seems they only have 1 luggage cart and you have to beg and plead - they did not clean the room the entire time we were there. This did not bother us since we didnt spend much time there but we did have to request clean towels and toilet paper - the theme park shuttle was a joke. We were there last year which had very limited transportation between parks. The early shuttle only took you to hollywood studios. Good luck trying trying to find your way anywhere else. The other option was to leave in the afternoon to go to Disney (we wanted to spend the whole day not leave so late). We ended up having to drive ourselves the whole time. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel as long as the items that I mentioned are not deal breakers for you. We really enjoyed our time there and would go back.

Was trapped in elevator ”

Room wasn’t very clean. I became trapped in the elevator for about 20 minutes Orlando fire and rescue had to come and rescue me from the elevator as the staff couldn’t do anything. I sounded the alarm initially six times with no response. I was offered an apology and given an incident report to fill out and nothing further. I was traveling solo and had nobody with me and was extremely shaken up, crying, and had a panic attack as I have a history of anxiety/depression disorder. After the incident I received a phone call Noor in person communication to check on my well-being or offer any type of additional apology or compensation etc.

Close to parks and Doggy Daycare”

The Rosen is close to all Disney parks. Disney Springs is just a mile away and Best Friends pet resort is close. Pets are welcome too, which is important to us. Shopping is also close. Quick check in and family friendly. There is a splash park and pool, a restaurant and store on premises. This is great for families on a budget.
