value for money for a one night stay near airport”

It's certainly not a four or five star hotel but it's value for money when you get to have a free, short airport transfer to the Orlando International Airport and when you need only a one night stay kind of thing. Many facilities available, including coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge, electric iron, hair dryer, heater for winter and yes, it's even spacious. Appreciate a staff at past 2 am who advised me that I could still get a new, economical luggage from a Walmart only 15 mins uber-ride away when to my dismay, I found a big crack on my luggage and knew that it wouldn't last for the next flight I was taking early the next morning. All other luggage vendors I surfed for online do not open till later in the morning which would not be in time. So thank you, and to that staff (whose name I have misplaced), but he was someone on the very heavy side, not someone who gives you a generous smile but receptive to the needs of the hotel guests and willing to offer help not requested.

Very Good Staff”

I travelled in October. The free airport shuttle is a definitely a plus. Staff is very kind and helpful. Location is few minutes away from airport but not good if you are visiting any of the attractions in Orlando. Value for money is optimum.

The price was reasonable. The rooms were nice and clean. I loved the included breakfast. Definitely will stay there again if I visit Orlando.

Just flew in from international flight. Sent shuttle easy to find. Easy check in older hotel it seems but it’s close to Mc Donald’s and a gas station. I enjoyed my one night stay.

Good property, comfortable and safe. Friendly staffs, clean and tiny. There are also a rent a car on the second floor. Very close to the airport and Florida Mall. Shuttle available. Complies what promises.

Clean and comfortable”

We arrived at midnight after a bad day travelling. Just what we needed a clean comfortable room / bed and half the price of th Holiday Inn Express next door.

Dated older hotel”

We were just staying over night to be closer to the airport for an early departure. I was injured and in a walking boot and on crutches and the room given to us was a LONG walk to get to elevator and then another LONG walk to get to room. Considering the hotel was in no way full, I feel the desk clerk could have given us better accommodations. Also the wifi was not working correctly and the desk clerk was less then helpful on trying to help over the phone to get my laptop connected. His only suggestion was for me to bring it to him. Being on crutches, that wasn't a possibility. The carpet and over all feel of the hotel made me feel it was a decade older hotel in Vegas. The room was clean enough. It had all we needed for the night, it just wasn't anything I would want to return to and was glad we were only there for one night.

Cont from last//and ice machine had been ripped out Then I thought a cold coke, but no machine only took cash. It was 2:30 a m and my last cash went for taxi So no Coke. I called for shuttle and guy never came so I spent last 20.00 on taxi. Needless to say I was so upset after shuttle failure and then ice/Coke issue I slept for 6 hours got up to drive home. So first night going very nice. Coming back for second night. Not so much. Communication from front den is desperately needed. I stood and waited 35 min for shuttle that never came instead of being concerned that had not shown for reservation after 3 calls for shuttle did not phase the guy at front desk. So much for reservations!! I finally got to hotel at approx 2:15 am. Not a good situation as Flight had been delayed over an hour because of weather. I wish I lived in area so I could work there and Prove customer service which I think Very Important! Many of front desk are very uninterested in showing their best/all were men

A simple review”

The room and the service are satisfactory. There is a McDonald nearby.However, the most important thing is the location where is very close to the airport. Taking their shuttle to the terminal only take about 15 minutes. (You can ask the front desk for the shuttle schedule) But, I really want to say... if you drive your own car and want to park your car in the hotel during the vacation. I would highly recommend you "DON'T". At the very beginning, the front desk said no matter how early your airplane arrived, they could sent a shuttle to pick you up (even its 5 in the morning). However, I ordered a shuttle at around 5:45 am, and I waited for the shuttle until almost 7:00 am. During the period, I called the hotel over 5 times, and what I get was a "Okay I will tell the driver" or "Okay no problem"... that's so ridiculous!! As it's only a 15 min drive!!!!!!

Perfect for a price ”

It's a perfect hotel in order to stay one night before the cruise, plus you can order a shuttle to the cruise terminal for $20, As I said it's perfect, cheap and convenient.

Very funky hotel. Cable did not work and no phone in the room. Other rooms had issues either air conditioner not working or dripping plumbing. It seems neglected by owner. No sidewalks and not easily accessible by 42 links bus. It's a good venue for parties which gives it night time character with rooms seeming to have good soundproofing. There is good entertainment at the Fish on Fire which is better than cable. The architecture in the morning is stark and cold. Very unusual hotel needs owners care.

Was clean, no bed bugs, hot breakfast. Very loud, we were next to the elevator, and in the flight path of the airport. Restaurant on site closes early and not many other options . The shuttle took over an hour to pick us up, and no one told us what we were looking for(after an hour we called and asked, it was our third conversation with the front desk specifically about the shuttle)- not hotel branded, like many others.

The sink did not produce warm water and the shower control was broken, no shower before we headed to the airport it was 3AM and there was no time for repairs. The telephone in our room was not working so we couldn't even call the front desk!!! The front desk was supposed to have the hotel manager call and that has not happened. The exit door latch was broken and the door would not lock.

Stayed for the free airport shuttle but read all the reviews and was too scared to rely on it and miss my flight. Took a Lyft. Not bad for what we paid but can’t say I’d recommend it. The shower was so old and gross and the staff were pretty unfriendly

My room was very comfortable. Overlooking pool. They forgot ice bucket and glasses but we're brought quickly when I call desk. I would stay there again.

Close to the airport is the only redeeming quality”

First off, the hotel layout is a bit strange, with a large lobby and several arms of the building housing the hotel rooms. After checking in, the path to the room (1st floor) is not easy to find, including the room # is something like 5,000, which does not give you any clue as to where the room is at. I had to ask one of the workers after circling around for a few minutes. The rooms are quite old and the shower/bath in the room had bad drainage. Not very satisfactory to stand in dirty water and have to keep pressing the drain lever to get the water to drain. It seems this hotel is connected to that Econo Lodge hotel. Best to pass on this hotel and go with another more recognized named brand hotel.

The reception staff were very welcoming. And the lobby is beautiful. But the room are just filthy, there’s a cigarette lighter left on the floor. Dust bunnies forming under the bed.

Bed bug bites were terrible horrible!”

I spent one night at this hotel and got bed bug bites in both arms, neck and face, virtually the exposed body area. It was terrible. I booked this hotel because of its convenience to the airport and its promised free airport pick-up service. For pick-up service, I waited for 40 minutes instead of the promised 15-20 minutes and for drop-off service to the airport, I was told that the shuttle was full and was advised to call a Uber myself, which I turned down immediately and was eventually put on the list of the morning shuttle to the airport.
