"Location is good. Next to freeway and many restaurants with Light Rail station just a few blocks away. Room was okay. Nothing spectacular, but it was inexpensive so didn't expect much. Had limited contact with staff, but those who I did talk to were pleasant. No elevator and I was on the third floor. Had to carry my bags up the stairs which wasn't convenient. Older property, so kind of run down. Could use a make over."

"Solid facility, Well established business, Clean and organized facility, Friendly and Helpful staff. There isn’t one bad thing I can think of to mention about this particular business and facility. Everything was squared away and both met and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be coming here again."

"This is a good, clean, choice. with an excellent location. For the most part competent staff, especially the front desk ladies. Maid service is generally good, however I had a do not disturb card on my door and someone entered the unit while I was out, and dropped a HBO guide on the floor. I require the room clean on my schedule and not theirs. This hotel will be on my itinerary when I travel to CO, despite any cleaning staff errors. "

"Facilities, carpet, paints door, fixtures, etc dated. Felt like a ghetto motel. Service desk was very friendly but the overall vibe of the place was on the skeezy side.
My room was decent enough and the bed was comfortable. But it was on the fifth floor on a very cold night and the heater only blew cool air and was loud. So I froze all night long.
The catch is they want $100 cash security deposit or hit your card for it."
