Room was okay and the bed was comfortable but it was too cold inside. Luckily we were able to turn off the a/c. The bathroom looked clean enough except we found a long hair by the sink. Our room was right in front of the elevator and it was very noisy when people walked by (sometimes they stood right there and talked loudly). The breakfast room was too crowded with ppl, it was very noisy, the empty tables were so dirty, fox news was on all the time, and food was just regular american breakfast with the normal disposable plates and utensils. After our discount, the price was reasonable but we would pay more next time for a better experience. Also, we will remember to carry our own utensils when we travel in the US.

The rooms were clean and nice, the breakfast was good, the location was convenient. The only thing we did not like was that our room was right near the gym and the floors were quite bouncy. When someone jogged on the treadmill it felt as though there was an earthquake in our room. I assume rooms further from the gym did not have this issue. I would stay again, but might request a different room if I got the one next to the gym again.

We travel through the weekday traffic was not bad the only problem we had was finding bathrooms down town other than that everything was great had a very fun time. The only thing i would complain about would be parking it was just a little expensive Love park burger food was great and very affordable Voice box karookee was very fun and we also went to seven falls a little expensive but we had a great time mountains and trails were beautiful

It's really not a bad place at all! I paid $84 for one night. The staff was VERY nice and welcoming, and the breakfast in the morning was AWESOME. Eggs, Sasauge, biscuits and gravy, etc. The only thing I'll say is, while my hotel room was very clean, I noticed that the hallways had some patches covered up (many, in fact). Also, the spa next to the pool did not have any way to turn on the jet bubbles. But, if the room is clean and the staff is friendly, then it's a place I will go back to. They certainly won me over!

We stayed for 6 nights and our room was not cleaned once while we were there. I called the front desk after day 3 and asked at least for the trash to be taken and clean towels. I asked for extra as we had our 2 children and they still did not bring extra. I had to go down and get towels everyday so that we could shower. I was also told the price was over $200 more than my booking conformation when I checked in. I had family staying at the 2 hotels next door and they were much nicer and did not have any of the issues we did. The manger was very rude while we were at the pool on day regarding a door being left open. Our group didn't leave the door open but she did not address us only said in passing as she was walking out the door not to leave the door open. I would not stay here again. We spent a lot of money here and expected a lot more.

I stayed in this hotel for a week and here is my review. Location: it is conveniently located near major supermarkets, restaurants. A Starbucks is nearby. Staff: friendly Room: very clean. AC worked well. It looks like it has been renovated. The only problem I had was the banging of the door when it closes. The bangs are loud. If you are not an early riser, then the noise can bother you. Breakfast: fruits, oatmeal, concentrate juices, coffee, milk, tea, bagels, bread and jam, yogurt, pancake maker, waffle maker Others: Vending machine and ice machine on each level.
