"Afternoon,she was unfriendly kept insist that my credit card was not went through,I paid to Agoda with confirmed reservation,she refused to get my room, she stated Ramada had nothing to do with this case I must contact Agoda myself, I had to wait until Agoda settle with her,again she said 100 dollars security should pay cash due to problem with my Amex.my credit card had never any problem before and after dealing with her, never smile or saying a kind word to me, the rest of staffs are super,helpful,I love the place,,the days staffs are super men or wemen.!!"

"Red roof has remodeled the last few places I have stayed at Harley dealership just across the street and City place is just a few miles South the area around the hotel is safe from what I could tell Staff where friendly and room was comfortable I have stayed here twice while busting my son riding at WEF for the winter series it's only a short drive West into Wellington all the popular restaurants are close ..........................................................................................................................................,................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ ......... "Excellent palce to stay, if you're prepared to forego several facilities, Wifi, My use was to make additional trips arrange to go on fishingjaunts. Wifi failed for a least two days, Promises of attn but when I left it hadn't been rectified. My room was facing a motorway, double glazing was damaged so all day and night the roar of traffic, trucks motorbikes, terrible. Of course the view was also quite magnificent, a bloody motorway, I could have camped on any motorway in the world and achieved the same thing. Several other shortcomings made the stay a frustrating experience. Such a shame, to treat paying people in this way. Sorry Doubletree by Hilton but that's how I feel I was let down by your hotel. This is the 7th hilton I've stayed in and the second worst. That title goes to Hilton Hotel Stansted Airport UK"

"we enjoy our stay here in this hotel. quick pick up from the airport, the shuttle's driver is friendly. the moment we enter the hotel premises up to the room, the smell is nice. we did not smell any cigarette smoke. the room size is big enough for a couple to move freely and breathe. there's a free newspaper. what about the free breakfast. bingo, real breakfast. you can relax eating your breakfast because you had a choice. we were able to get a military discount also."

"About a 30 minute drive from the show but so worth it. Although it was lower priced than many locations, the facilities were very nice. The area was safe, the room spotless, a large bathroom, a full sized refrigerator and stove top, and super comfy beds. Could not have asked for a better environment to come back to after a very long day at the show grounds. Only wish it was a little closer. "
