"Although our reservation was made far in advance, we were assigned a room for the differently abled which was not particularly convenient for us. In addition, the bathroom door did not shut; the shower had features in it that we didn't need. The bed, however, was excellent and the remote shutters were especially nice. The problem with the room, I am guessing, is that we were relegated to less than stellar accommodations because we booked through a third party. Additionally, we were charged for a third night despite an early morning checkout on day 2. Again, I am assuming this waste of money is due to the third party agent arrangement given that hotel staff tried to make a refund but were unable to do so. So, maybe the issue lies with the booking agent and not the hotel. "
