These people are lovely. Staff is friendly and expedient. The rooms are comfortable and attractive in their eclectic way. There is a pool and a restaurant that actually is popular in St. Petersburg. Stay here and skip the overpriced chains.

We had the finest of times during our stay at Avalon. The staff...John, Randy, Luke and boss Tim...were so very accommodating and pleasant. We felt at home the instant we arrived to our "glass of wine" welcome. Free bottled water, free and very good internet, free parking as well as use of the shared pool and restaurant facilties with sister and adjacent Hollander Ho...

We had a great stay, only 1 night but it was very nice. Very easy check in and very clean! The breakfast the next morning was way more then we expected!! We will definitely make this our place to stay when we visit St. Pete Florida. Thank you to ALL the staff for a pleasant stay

Nice spot. Ultra corteous staff (they moved us to better room). Room had strong mold smell. Trash bin in hallway smelled awful. Over $100 per night for that kind of issues was too much :(

We recently visited St. Pete to take our kids to a concert. This is a great location - close to a lot of restaurants easy walk to our concert. The room was nice and clean, and had both a fridge and microwave (standard queen room). The free breakfast in the morning was incredible - a ton of food and great variety, which saves us about $40 if we had to go out and eat ...

This was our 2nd time staying at this Hampton Inn. The hot breakfast is amazing! Friendly staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, plenty of counter space, nice bathroom. The pool and hot tub area has beautiful landscaping. I'd recommend staying at this hotel.

our stay at This hotel was very good. We used this hotel as a base to sightsee in St. Pete. The beaches were a good ten min. drive away. But the price of the hotel counters this. Easy to find of the main Freeway. plenty of fast food joints on the main road. The rooms for this chain hotel are very large and clean.

I LOVED the normal size shampoo conditioner and body wash! Along with mouthwash!!! It was awesome!

Close to baseball, free shuttle, great facilities. Good breakfast, big rooms with kitchen facilities.

Front office and maintainance staff excellent and really helpful, but the building is old and it seems that dust has been piling up since ever. Very noisy area.

The place looks modern, clean and all the staff were accommodating. I would highly recommend this inn.

Good location, but I had a noisy refrigerator, a plastic-covered-chair with most of the plastic worn off, and a couple of baby roaches in my room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful during my stay.

I love this hotel!

Perfect place if you want a relaxing, authenticly homely feeling room. It’s not a standard hotel. Be pleasantly surprised. The only downside is that the manager is a little hard to get hold of.
