Stayed here for a night. Small room but very clean and comfortable. This hotel will be my top choice whenever I visit Sitiawan if the price remains competitive. The receptionist could have been more courteous and learn to greet customers to improve guest experience.

I was surprised! With this cheap budget hotel in Sitiawan. I got a big bedroom with a king bed, a big and clean bathroom. Hotel next to Bomba/fire department and surrounding area is safe and clean.

Probably the best I experienced compared to all other hotels at similar price range

Pros: Good location, near convenience stores, about 200m across from the road from the famous James cendol. You need a car to get around anywhere in Sitiawan though. Within driving distance from the famous seafood restaurants in Kampung Cina. Appreciate the free coffee in the room. Cons: front facing rooms get the full force of the setting sun.

2 mins drive to main town; Sitiawan House was huge; with 3 large bedrooms and 1 small bedroom Each bedroom had it's own bathroom attached Our stay was just for night, so, we did not have the chance to use the facilities, but I trust the washing machine, fridge and other appliances were in good condition.

Splendid stay with the friendly resort owner. Suitable for nature lovers who loves fishing, kayaking, boating. Located just beside Sungai Sitiawan. You might consider this resort if you love kampung style. There's kampung style breakfast been served too! Who can resist nasi lemak and teh tarik? :)

The unit was very clean and perfect for our family, love the cute decoration in the house. .Nice little play field right in front of the house. Free bottled drinking water & coffee is provided too.
