Our 2 nights stay at Best Western i-City Shah Alam were pleasant and enjoyable. Time was well spent. Overall, my family and I had a great time. Im addition, we were also welcomed with wonderful service by the wonderful team from Best Western i-City Shah Alam. My first compliment goes to Jessica(Asst Front Office Manager and Shahril(staff from restaurant at 5th story). Both of them were warm, pleasant and ready with a smile, efficient and proactive. The excellent service they have provided on my first visit at Best Western i city was even better than I expected. Employees like Jessica and Sharil are role models to be emulated by others in the hotel service industry in whole of Malaysia. Well done Jessica and Shahril! For our second day in Best Western I city hotel, our morning breakfast at the Viewcafe at 5th level started with a warm and friendly greeting by Restaurant Captain Mr LECHU. M. He was forthcoming in ensuring the food and beverages were to our satisfaction. Not only he was proactive, he took the initiatives to ensure the breakfast for the whole family was enjoyable. Kudos also to waitress Hidayah for readily taking our orders and serving us well. Such qualities in a hotel service staffs is expected for all hotel service staffs to emulate and learn from. Thank you very much. We do hope in future that Best Western I City Shah Alam can consider upgrading from a 3 Star to a 4 Star hotel. Please give a serious consideration. Rest assured that I will return to this hotel for our next holiday and recommend my relatives and friends to choose as their preferred hotel accommodation in Shah Alam. Many thanks. I'm a returning customer to Alami Garden. As always the hotel manage to keep up to its standard. The breakfast is basic but as usual satisfying. Greatly nearby Tesco and Tesco Extra. Seems like Jusco is opening up soon. Since i travel to Shah Alam Aquatic for all three consecutive days, staying in Alami is a breeze. The owner is friendly and had dinner with him nearly every night.

Everything was just fine except they always want us to arrive before their office is closed at 5.30pm where late check-in was a hassle. It is an apartment, not a hotel. After all it was a comfortable stay and until today will be my 1st choice of accommodation whenever I'm in KL or Shah Alam. The price was so cheap, room is spacious with complete facilities. Recommended.

This hotel has always been our preferred option when we have our weekend getaway and opt to stay in Shah Alam instead of city centre (KL). A nice comfy place for a short stay. Though the reception area is at a separate building, the staff is quite attentive (a phone call away) when we had difficulties (there was a blackout at the whole room level during one of our stays).

I always stay in shah alam once every 2 weeks for my part time classes in uitm and I usually bring my husband along. Friendly staffs, very near to uitm which is convenient. Was very happy when we were given a free upgrade so am gonna review about the deluxe room. Room was spacious, bed was super soft and comfy, shower water pressure was awesome. The only thing was the aircond, which was not as cold as I wanted it to be. Was a bit warm but after midnight it got better. My husband said it could be because the room was on the top floor and the lights were too bright, so it made the room warm. Overall, still very comfy and satisfying. Breakfast was good too, simple but nice. Love the hash browns a lot. I've just booked a room here again. See you in 2 weeks time!

I went with my partner to Shah Alam for an event on Dec 24th 2015. Since we also have event on the night before, we decided not to go back to KL and just stay in Shah Alam. Booking is done via Agoda. We checked in a bit late, around 1am, but the staff was very friendly to assist. Check in was done in a breeze. There is TV with few channels, hot shower, aircond, all the basic amenities. The room was ok for the price we paid and we don't have any complaint about it. There are a lot of parking in front of the building and there is 24-hrs KFC, petrol station and convenience store nearby.

It was a bit difficult to find how to get in to this facility. Also confusion when booking Grab as to where to pick us up. Needs to be some improvement in this area. The attendant was responsive to communication, but the checking in process was a bit quirky. We asked for a high view and were given a place on the 35th floor, amazing view of the city. Quiet, patio doors open if you like a breeze. Bed super large and comfortable. Love seat had a stain that needed cleaning. All facilities worked well. Checkout was straightforward.

Pros: excellent location just next to Setia City Mall (less than 5mins walk). Nice place for shopping and has a variety of food there. Easy to get grab services, has a Malay restaurant and mynews.com just below the apartment complex. Need security card to assess the lifts and security guard is around at lobby. Room is very spacious and neat and clean (my colleague who booked fr elsewhere got some roaches welcoming her hence I would recommend to book fr all bess as it is well maintained ) Cons: no WiFi. No one at reception for enquiries most of the time. Toilet can be quite smelly at times despite presence of air freshener. Some distance away fr komuter station *this is actually not a hotel but rather a homestay maintained by all bess services. Rather misleading and difficult to direct taxi driver fr airport to “all bess hotel” for the first time because there’s no such signage. Use “trefoil@setia city” instead or ask them to go to north entrance of Setia City Mall

Although i forgot to tell their staff to check on bathroom drain - the water was slow running on the 1st day. The next day, they already fixed it! This hotel has a housekeeper to clean up the room everyday. I've stayed at other hotel around shah alam with the same price rate not to mention the hotel name, but with bad facilities and housekeeping. Excellent speed for wifi. Cannot complaint on the room size for this price rate. You deserve for what u pay for. Nice room and bathroom design and deco. Need to loosen litter bit on door spring or controller. It was closed with speed. I will stay here if come to shah alam next time. Thumb up!

Disapointed with the coordination between hotel recept and guard. We came in late to the hotel. I have already informed agoda and hotel via email but wasn't told that the reception closed at 11pm. We reached ard 2am in the morning and upon arrival was surprised to see that the reception was closed but was attended by a security guard on duty. I showed him my agoda hotel voucher but he didn't ask me anything. He just told me that office already closed. I ask him for any number that I can contact regarding my booked rooms but he said he don't have any number. I wanted to call agoda malaysia when he approached me again and ask me my name. I showed him my bookings and he showed me an envelopes containing keys to the rooms. I felt relief but at the same time upset because the security guard wasn't aware of wgat is happening. He should be more aleart and aware of instruction given by office.
