Booked for my parents. We asked for a first floor room due to physical mobility issues but were told none available and given a second floor room. The room smelled odd, like pet smell and smoke covered up with cleaning products. The stairs up to the room were wet from a window A/C that drained across the walkway leaving a constant puddle at the bottom of the stairs, presenting a safety hazard. They told them more than 24 hrs in advance that we would be checking out two days early. When they went to check out, they were informed there would be no refund of the remaining two days. Called Agoda to resolve with the property, but due to very strict cancellation policy, no refund of prepaid booking would be made. I would imagine most people would find this property unacceptable and would want to cancel upon arrival or after the first night. The "free breakfast" is muffins. I would not recommend this property. It does have a nice-looking little pool however and across the road from the beach.
