This my second stay at Paeva. I really love this location. It is remote in terms of access to major shopping malls and city centre, but within 30 minutes drive of all. Plenty of top class golf courses nearby.Staff n hotel are polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and pool is excellent. While the breakfast was disappointing the restaurant served excellent food for dinner and extremely good value

We had to visit a relative in hospital and this was a convenient place to stay. The majority of the guests here are Chinese tourists stopping over on their way to Pattaya and so there are large numbers of coaches revving up and manoeuvring up until late evening which was quite disruptive / not relaxing. The wifi system was patchy, either able to connect but no connection or simply that the routers refused connections at all. User IDs and passwords are handed out on tickets at reception and the 24 hour ones had gone so we had a bunch of 1 hour tickets. It's not the end of the world but it'd be more friendly just to let us connect without such restrictions, as not all devices bring up the login window. The breakfast was quite decent but the restaurant has only one knife! Buttering your toast with a spoon or chopstick is somewhat suboptimal. The chef was very friendly and accommodating, cooking things to order and had a very good standard of English having been a chef in the gulf war! The layout and organisation of the tables and food was again a bit mad as it was hard to get between tables if anyone is sitting there. Cleanliness could be better too, the floor always seemed either wet or black with mud which indicates they mop it but improperly, when they should be leaving it dry. We got taxis each day very promptly and while this was not the closest hotel it was an ideal balance of price, quality and service. There is a 7/11 and cafe nearby plus a little food market was open in the evening which made it a bit more interesting than just hanging around in the room. There is also a quite nice garden area. As a stop over its perfect, but for a destination it would need a bar and a bigger chillout zone for me to choose to stay here longer than a few days.

I booked this hotel for my Mother and Brother for 2 nights. Receptuon would not issue a second key for the room so they could not really go out separately. Also, this hotel is geared up only for Chinese tourists. The breakfast area was very noisey and unpleasant. The presentation of the food was disgusting. For example the butter was contaminated with other foods and surfaces were not clean. Food had not been replenished at all. This morning at 7am my family were awaken by shouting by Chinese residents next door with doors slamming. This is a Chinese only hotel, they take over with no consideration to other residence and my family were appalled at how they were treated. In the room there was no tea or coffee yet there was kettle and cups. After the first day there was no new towels and the dirty ones from the floor put back. There was no toilet rolls and had to be requested. I will never consider this hotel again for family or business use ever again.

My stay was limited to about 3 hours while I looked for another hotel in the area. Arrived at 2pm to find reception closed and no one in attendance. Phone number on door that I rang and was asked to pay for room although I had Agoda voucher. Took 45 mins of Fawlty Towers conversation to get the key from gardener handyman who needed phone instructions from someone on phone on how to check in customer. When shown roon TV not working as no cable attached. The handyman went and found one which took 15 mins. After all the hassles I went and found a proper hotel. This hotel is more a condo for students from nearby university. Not a real hotel

At first I was just looking for only an accommodation for myself before I get to my flight at the airport the next. With the money I paid, I was quite surprise to see the place, that it's really clean, comfort and the room was nicely decorated. The staffs were really friendly and service mind. Here I would want to recommend this place for all travelers who need accommodation close to the airport or have business around the area.

We happened to book this hotel because we had a business meeting in the neighborhood area. The pictures in Agoda of this hotel didn't look so bad so we thought it wouldn't be a bad place. But we experienced something totally different. The room is pretty old, even though it is cleaned but still look pretty old. The there's no entrance of the bathroom through the room, we have to get out to the balcony because the bathroom was outside. The bathroom was full of black of black stains and the doorknob was rusty. Definitely there will be no next time for us here.
