"It was a horrible first time experience. The bed was hard as a rock and felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. There was no water in the machine outside my door and I called and told them this but an hour later no water. That morning still no water. They give you a map to find your room. No real direction to find the Spa and once I did find the spa area I was asked if I was looking for the fitness equipment or pool, I'm guessing because I am a large person. I told the receptionist I was looking for the spa so she directed me to a door which led to this long hallway. Still didn't find the spa. This is not a good place if your alone and have issues with walking. The room was so outdated I was told it was upgraded. It looked like it had not been updated since the 90's the chairs in the room we're dirty and torn. The floor was dirty. The water glass and drinking glasses we're dirty. There was a ice bucket but I was never told where the ice machine was nor did I see any. I'm a new travel agent and would never send a client here and I'm from Safety Harbor. I was ready to go home the same day I checked in but I stayed and checked out at 730am. "
