The hotel is new and clean, just that the parking lot is not enough to cater all visitors at one time. The price is cheap and reasonable for 2 nights stay without breakfast. It is very near to my hometown in Tanjung Karang and easy to travel despite the construction site opposite the hotel. Will definitely book this hotel every Hari Raya! Highly recommended!

It was great, everything is clean, toilet is of superb standard, location is jus nice in between the beach and the padi field, the one and only one 24 hour prata stall is jus opposite the hotel. Definitely the best choice to stay if going sekinchan

Located in Sg Besar, about 30 minutes to Politeknik Sabak Bernam. Quite isolated area, not busy and quite difficult to find place to eat. Mc Donalds is just a few minutes drive

strategic location, can fit alots of people, provides entertainment for family activities.

No kitchen ware available. The apartment i rent is state with kitchen ware and full kitchen, and the time i book this time is public holiday. So kitchen ware is very important as many shop is not open during CNY. Honesty by the owner to guest is very important.

Good place to accommodate a big group. Very homely with a lot of rooms. Place is neat and spacious. Very close to mamak store, burger king, speedmart, KFC, and even a karaoke place. Only cons is within a residential place. Just need to ensure the noise limit. Apart from that we enjoyed a lot and the owner is very accommodating as well.

Check In I have an issue to checked in when we arrived there . the staff told us the house booked by their friend ( i waited outside almost for 20 minutes) . ive told her , ive paid through agoda. I waited almost for 20 minutes to checked in and the problem solved after 3 times ive called the house owner. I hope in future, they are more particular about the booking....

Only drawback is parking issue as neighbors simply parked their car in front of the hse each time when we were out :(

Overall is good for staying.

While having the best of times, it would be better if I am able to access the wi-fi connection. I was not able to register for the use of the network. Registration needs a Malaysian ID. I am a Singaporean.

the house owner is very helpful and friendly. She is able to attend my questions within 5 mins. the house is very clean and neat, just a lovely place for 9 of us to stay an overnite in Sekincan. Suggestion: if WIFI is available would be an even better choice for us.

Ok for transit..we spent only 1 night here..price for 3 person RM90 is best already especially the room attach with bathroom

The surroundings was truly convenient - Malay village's setting, so close to a surau at the entrance gate. The problems (assumed to be solved as I informed the staff as we checked out) should have been settled. Overall 75% satisfaction stayed there.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Near to the paddy field and also redang beach. Very convenient, 99 speedmart is just a few shop next to it, and plenty of kopitiam and banks at walking distance. However, it would be nice if hotel can include simple breakfast.

Air conditioning of the largest room needs service as it stopped in the mid night (not sure if we accidentally set the timer). When restarted, quite noisy for a while. Only proper beds for 5 persons but advertise for 10 persons. Although there are sufficient mattresses but no proper bed frames or devon . The mattresses are put on the floor。
