RIT Inn & Conference Center is a good place to stay, a good value if you don't mind being 15-20 minutes south of downtown Rochester. Staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I just have one suggestion. The room was a great size. But it would have been nice to have a eating table with a vision to the television. But over all a very nice place to stay.

Clean room and facilities. Good breakfast. Good location, though our stay was just a stop over from our drive from Niagara to Boston. Helpful staff. Good value for money. Quality Inn, as ever.

There was a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, microwave, and fridge in the room. The location is easy on/off the highway and surrounded by plenty of stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful enough to get us the key and on our way to our room in under 5 minutes. Basic breakfast options in the morning but its just enough to start the day.

A little frustrating because our room never did get any WiFi. There was no internet whatsoever in our room.

Went stayed at here during a visit to Rochester to take our kids to the strong museum. All the staff were friendly and professional and the room was exactly what we expected. I highly recommend this place. The staff are wonderful. It’s clean, spacious, and breakfast is great. I like the fact that there’s a kitchen in our room. We could make our meal or go out to eat. And there are a lot of restaurant to choose from. And it’s nearby. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for all your hard work.

Hotel staff was very helpful and they offer extremely discounted rates to travelers visiting the local hospitals, however, you need to call the hotel directly to get these.

I found the operations Manager Anthony Demor to be rude and obnoxious. I did however, discuss this with the GM Mr Brian Potter the day before I checked out. The Del Monte is a nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The bathroom was nice size and modern. Location is nice for relaxation. It is right on the canal and walking distance to an area with restaurants and shops. The drive into town Rochester is about 15 minutes and not difficult.

This hotel is privately owned and gives gives generously to cancer patients. I would return to support this cause.

Overall, staff was great, just one staff member was not as accommodating & helpful as the others so that 4 stars were given and not 5.

As a woman traveling alone for business I feel very safe at this hotel. Staff do their best to accommodate my request for preferred room location and late check time. I always try to stay at this hotel when in the Rochester area.
