"Dude at the front desk was super nice. Other than that... stairwell smelled like pee, hallway smelled like pee, room smelled like pee and stale cigar smoke, bed mattress had tons of nasty stains, pull out sofa mattress had no sheets and was REALLY stained. Overall, it looks as if they tried to take an outdated hotel and modernize it, but failed to clean and deodorize it before they did. "

"This was an amazing hotel for the price. The only thing we did not like was the firmness of the bed. We like softer beds. Other then that everything was great! We had 2 adults and 2 children and stayed in a king room with a pull out sofa bed and it was plenty of space. There’s even a half wall diving the room from the living room where the sofa bed is. There isn’t a bathtub so the younger girls had to settle for showers instead of baths. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating! "

"Why in the world do people still use the metal safety lock to keep the doors open? It makes far too much noise when slammed by guests. This happened repeatedly throughout the evening with a large group of young men who were visiting. Not sure if they are baseball players or not. Also the smell of cooking in the hotel was awful, so more ventilation is needed or someone needs to continuously walk around with fabreeze or deodorizer. This hotel has a nice location and staff was pleasant. Breakfast was very basic, but the coffee was good."

"25 years I worked as a flat attendant and I have been to many hotels all over the world, the hotel staff/reception is so professional and friendly and I think that and Best western can be lucky to have people like this. Our room was very clean and funktional. The hotel is around it by palm trees with super fruit ,very cool."

"The hotel was in a location to easily get to many places, they have a large pool, but not heated. Cold in January when a cold front was in FL. The staff was amazing and breakfast (additional cost) kids under 12 ate free with a adult. Was great large portions"
