"They have a very strict no pets policy that we were unaware of. The sign in the door said they would charge us $150 if they found out we had a pet in the room. We said we would leave the cat in the car and the staff said we couldn't do that either, it was against the law. They would not refund our prepayment, so we ended up having to also pay for another room across the highway. They were not willing to work with us. "
