Actually, we were moved to another hotel nearby, Gallia nLondres, didn't know the reason why,, but to our amazement, I think its better than the hotel we booked in, because Gallia n Londres is a 4 star hotel. The best deal, we had in France. Very close to almost all tourist activities, 10 Min to Church of St Bernadette / the Grotto. Quite during the night so you will have good sleep. The bed a bit too soft and small, but in general very good.

It was a great surprise to get a very clean hotel for the price we got from Agoda. Very pleased, as it is a five minute walk to the sanctuary . I would highly recommend this place as it is great value for money and it is not always easy to find a clean place like this in Lourdes.

We had a pleasant stay. Hotel is within walking distance to the sanctuary and in a good location. Rooms are clean. Friendly and helpful staff at the counter. Will return if we visit Lourdes again.

The hotel was cozy and very clean, has a very nice view of the castle (from my room in the 3rd floor), has a lift/elevator, the sanctuary was about 10-15 minutes away (depends on how fast you walk), there is an aircon in the room and staff was so helpful from answering my questions to assisting me on my ride back to the airport. We had a wonderful stay at Mercure and without a doubt, we will be back here again. The staff are very friendly and took pride in their work. It is very near to the grotto and restaurants. A very convenient location.

Overall for a small town, the Best Western seems like a good option for travelers to Lourdes. The hotel is more boutique in nature with limited staffing / infrasturcture.
