"The hotel is quite run down. Carpets in hallways and rooms are dirty. Nasty moldy, smokey smell in room. Beds sink in the middle. When trying to take a shower, more water came out of the faucet than out of the shower head. We ended up not staying. The lack of cleanliness was more than we could stand. It's cheap, but not still not worth it."

"The rooms are on the small size & full size beds aren't the most comfortable but for the money it was perfect. It could have been cleaner, but they were in the process of replacing carpets so that may have been part of it. We enjoyed our stay in Florida & plan to return often. We would not hesitate to stay here again. EVERY SINGLE STAFF member we interacted with was exceptional!! That alone made our stay wonderful. "

"For the price this was an excellent room. Breakfast included. Room was clean. A little noisy around pool because of 2 families with loud kids but room kept it minimal. This was a place to rest our head as we spent most of the day visiting friends, family and sightseeing. Not a resort but an inexpensive place sleep and keep my luggage. Friendly staff."

"Bed, unbelievably hard along with the pillows, toilet was made for short people, fan in bathroom REALLY loud. I am 61 yrs and 6'3" with a very bad shoulder. Couldn't find a comfortable position in the bed because it was SOOOOO hard and the pillows would not conform because they were hard as well. The toilet was soooo low it was hard to sit down and harder to get up. The light in the bathroom turned on with a switch which also turned on the exhaust fan which was so loud my wife in the bedroom area had to turn up the TV to hear it. Speaking of the TV, I hope you are not in a hurry to turn it on, see the weather and run because it took FOREVER to power up, find a channel and give a picture, probably 5 minutes each time we turned it on. Lastly there was no extra covers or blankets in the room what so ever. "
