We are travel in family with young children. We are staying in Deluxe room. We stayed at 12th floor. The room is big with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. The room is clean. Not much choice of TV channel. The location is not so far from the Aeon Shopping mall and GM Klang. It is also quite near to the South Passenger Terminal Port to go to Pulau Ketam. The first night was disturb by the noise of racing motor due to Public Holidays. Then 2nd night was silent and could have a good sleep. The swimming pool is clean but no changing room, no towel supply and also nobody is working at swimming pool. May be is due to holiday season and many workers off. We were enjoy a good time at swimming pool for 2 evenings. The breakfast has not much choice but the taste is good. We like this hotel and we will choose this hotel again for our next visit. We would like to recommend to our relatives and friends about this hotel.

My partner and I were in klang for the spartan race malaysia and we've chosen this basic accommodation to house us for two days. We paid 20RM for a trip from klang sentral bus terminal to the hotel. It was a basic accommodation. What we liked about the hotel was the steady stream of warm water shower. The room we stayed in (213), has a strong smell in it which didn't go away. The bed was basic and comfy, air-con working relatively well, but the TV and Wifi do not have good reception and strength respectively. Late check-out were charged at 10RM per hour. My partner and I stayed till 2pm and we paid 20RM (agreed beforehand). There's nice wanton mee and bak kut teh nearby the accommodation well within walking distance (5min). Overall good location in klang and good for short stays or transits to other areas of malaysia. Smoke smell, the reception of TV and the wifi connectivity can be looked into. We had a nice stay nonetheless.

I actually booked this hotel for an excursion in Klang, and I was amazed by this hotel. Despite the utter confusional state of the receptionist (seemed to me they had no experience with Agoda.com bookings at all!) which I had to spend 30 minutes for them to clarify bout my booking, the room design was somehow erotic. Mirrors on the ceilings and walls, and a glass bathroom partition, I could not just help thinking it's a hotel design for the amorous couples. :) And yes, it was fun. *wink* Otherwise, it's close to eating outeries provided you have a transport, and mind you, it's not totally sound proof. So keep your moans and groans low.

Excellent hotel with an excellent location located in Bukit Tinggi, Klang. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention remains. The hotel provides us great hospitality. The hotel owner, Mr Patrick is very helpful and professional will guide you throughout your stay. The staffs were very efficient and helpful. Moreover, the hotel provides you almost every facilities including free parking and tent stay.Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You wont't regret,just be there!!!

Pleasant, large room, sparsely furnished, with a relatively small bathroom that has no shower curtain or screen so the bathroom gets rather wet (not an uncommon design in Malaysia it would seem in our experience. Quiet location near a large park and the Sultanate, yet a short distance from the heart of Klang. Recommended. The only issue which seems to affect many rooms were the entry doors, "swollen" (with humidity?) and had to be closed forcefully. We came across a couple of rooms where it would seem people had gone out, but didn't realise their door weren't shut.

We had a function to attend at the Klang Gurdwara (Sikh Temple) and this was the closest on the hotel booking portals like Agoda. So we booked it as it was a 10 min walk to the Gurdwara. Its close to Churches, Indian Muslim mosque, Hindu temple, komuter train station and next door to the Sultans' Gallery not forgetting the Indian quarter - loads of Indian shops and food outlets and banks Hotel was clean and run by Bangladeshi workers - all of them! Not a single Malaysian was there over the 3 days we stayed, so communication was a bit difficult but they managed with broken English, Malay and a little Hindi. The air-con in my room worked only at 16 & 17C, so in the middle of the night it got really cold and it leaked! The bathroom towel rack was not stable and it came crashing down with the towels, but the guy gave us fresh towels and fixed the rack. Room was fairly spacious for the 3 bedded room and they offered 3 in 1 coffee sachets with a pack of biscuits for each of us. There was a water dispenser in the corridor.. Wifi was free and good connection. Public road side carpark is available and free on Saturdays and Sundays. The hotel starts from the 1st floor and is over 3 floors with no lift.

It it quite easy to find a parking for the hotel. For food, there is some restaurant around the hotel. If feel hungry at mid night, you just need to cross the road, and there is a 24 hours McD there. Just that something I curious about the hotel is, my room, the air con, do not have remote, it only can switch on and off (Im not sure they will not provide or they forget pass me the remote) For the TV, it only got few channels... All these is no big deal for me Well, this is a business trip for me, and I just need a clean place for me to sleep and shower Newtown Star Hotel meet my needs I am a happy customer for this hotel.

My family and I spent a night here in a Premium Family Room. Here are some my my thoughts. Negatives : 1. Wifi - not working at all during our stay. Won't blame the hotel management fully on the matter, as it might not be their problem in the first place, plus they've tried to fix the issue. Here's hoping that the hotel management will peform routine checkups and maintenence from now onwards. 2. Bathroom door size - too small, leaving a slit when it's closed. 3. Noise from air-conditioner - the noise cause problems when we wanted to sleep. Positives: 1. Warm reception - John, our receptionist during our stay, was a professional. He tried his best to cater to our issues, while being well-mannered throughout the process. Although not all issues were solved (aforementioned Wifi issue), he remained polite and attentive. 2. Cleanliness - room was clean when we checked-in. 3. Spacious room - well worth for what I've paid Overall, it's an enjoyable stay. You couldn't ask for much more when the room costs just over RM100 (after tax). If they address the issues I raised, then I'll have no problem recommending the place to anyone planning to visit Klang.

The room is quite comfortable but a bit small. Maybe the place in this island is limited, that's why. The toilet is quite small too but overall cleanliness of toilet is okay. The air cond in the room I've booked is not that user friendly. It could not be put on the swing mode. There's not even a swing mode button. So it fixed on a direction. Overall the stay is comfortable despite the small room. The space beside the beds are enough for you to just walk pass. The owner is friendly and helpful. They give a very good guide for us to go around this island. And the location of this hotel is perfect. It is directly at the entrance (literally) of this island. So, once you get off of the ferry, this hotel is at your sight.

I and my girlfriend just got back from Jb for her birthday and our anniversary holiday and I can not wait to go back again. Could probably write an essay on our holiday but, will do my best to keep it short and simple.. We originally booked the Hotel99 at Klang which was near jusco but unfortunately the booking went to some other branch of the Hotel99. Then fine the other branch was newly open so i discover that 1.The Air Condition was really cold.2.New double bed in the bedroom and it was comfortable to sleep on it.3. I had to laugh as I found all of it the bathroom was a bit funny cause its like we can see through the glass whats happening in the washroom. I am not a fussy person, so I just went along with it, so all went great. We spent 1 day in there and i checked out happily. THUMBS UP!!!

I stayed here on 9-11 May and was booked room 310. Pro's: First impression, receptionist staff is kind,friendly and helpful. Location is only 4 mins walk to Klinik Dr.Ko. Since my purpose coming here is for a minor cosmetic surgery for scars also laser brightening etc. This hotel is very convenient for me. Cleanliness: thankfully no cockroach so its quite clean. Con's: I do notice some moulds in the corner of the walls also in bathroom but I think this is a result of wear and tear. The bed is quite hard for me to sleep on. Then again, everyone have different preferences for matress. Air Con was blowing on me quite strong no matter which side im sleeping on. As a result, my sleep interval isn't continuous as often i wake up n turn on the AC then i felt hot n sweaty again so i turned on again. In my suggestion perhaps the position of the bed needs to be rotated obviously its harder for the air con to be moved elsewhere. Personally I do Love being in there becoz of the "people" which i would surely miss. Will I return there again? I think I will return as i realize KL hotel is too far to travel and my doctor appt on 16th May'16 at 4pm so if the surgery performed that day, then i would be under heavily sedated medicine n things down there be swollen so im reconsidering to book the hotel there again.

Prescott Hotel Klang has great location. It is located nearby Taman Eng Ann, Taman Berkeley and Bandar Baru Klang. Besides, whenever I wanted to travel to Klang town or Kuala Lumpur, it is very convenient too. Just that you gotta' rent a car for easy travelling or by taxi (the charges is not cheap). For food lovers, this hotel should be the best choice, this is because there's a lot of delicious food around there. Therefore, we did not include the hotel breakfast during our stay. The condition of the hotel quite good, but the air-conditioning is not that cool. As it is within our acceptable range therefore we didn't request to change room. They did provide good services to us but too bad that they did not provide refrigerator, as we loves cold drinks. Overall, this is a great place to stay, although is not a grand hotel, but it is very comfortable. Suitable for friends, couple and small family.

- the room is upon a very good value for standard and deluxe room. - the room including the toilet is clean and comfortable. - the room comes with free towel and shampoo too. - location is very strategic because it's near with several bank (Maybank, Hong Leong, Public, Cimb, RHB etc) and food (fast food, mamak & restaurant) -the staff should improve their customer service by smiling more. it's not hurt to smile more to their customer right? :) Overall, it's a wonderful for staying at here. Would come back for sure.
