Hotel has a good location on Bypass road and quite central to most of the hotspots in Kendari. Small swimming pool, although few hotel in Kendari has swimming pools to begin with. Gym is ok, not enough equipments and can be crowded after work. Breakfast has a lot of selections, but quality so so. Room is ok, but again, better than most other hotels in Kendari.

I would recommend this hotel for stays during the week (Monday night - Thursday night). However, it is horrible from Friday - Sunday. The hotel is a budget class hotel which still stands just one year, but the hotel bathroom was pretty bad with that rocking toilet, and the bathroom floor is flat so much water floating on the floor. Other than that the hotel service is quite good and clean.
