"This is my 1st and the last, the place hard to find, exspecially in the night, the check point was not match with google maps... At the 1st time, they gave me the most behind and corner room, its very creepy, and feel like haunted, then they offer to change the room by adding some money, yes , i am changing the room. The towel was looks old and dirty, i asked for a change, but still the same . The other Oyo was better this one... But this one is so close to the airport, only 5 minute to the airport. "

"Great customer service! They treated me more like an old friend than just a hotel guest. Very friendly and helpful! Very good value and excellent location for the airport. It is a very short Grab ride to the airport or the train station which made it very easy to go to/from central Padang. I recommend staying here when visiting the area! "
