Beautiful, well equipped cottages in a sublime location. Friendly staff and a good restaurant. Highly recommended.
This is an exceptional venue set in a beautiful garden with such a friendly owner and assistant. The only suggestion is that the attractively decorated towels are not absorbent and could be replaced by a thicker fabric. Otherwise 10/10!
My main issue with this hotel was that when we checked out it ended up being 37gbp per night and not the 30gbp price we booked through agoda. I thought the hotel was overpriced at 30, but 37gbp per night for a hot foisty room that you could not swing a cat in, no shower, foisty towels and a mediocre breakfast, unbelievable.
I was so happy with the place. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is nice. Lovely living room with fireplace. The owners are so friendly. The room is big and you would feel like you are in your own holiday house. Really worth it! If I go to Hogsback I will come back to this place again. Really recommend this place!
