"Every part of our stay here was absolutely incredible. Exquisite, and well-kept grounds, beautifully restored buildings and rooms. The reception staff were welcoming and competent, we were escorted to our room, bags sorted for us, and even given a tour of the room. Later we received a courtesy call to make sure everything was ok, and someone even brought us cookies and a bottle of water. Even the in-room coffee maker makes really good coffee! (Pods). Heated floors in bathroom, lovely shower, comfortable bed, beautifully decorated but also spacious and comfortable to relax in. Pool area looks lovely (too bad it was winter during our stay!) food and service at restaurant was also great. Honestly no complaints and highly recommend a stay in this beautiful and historic hotel if you have a chance - makes a stay in Graaff-Reinet more than worth it! "
