Thanks especially to Alex at the reception and the other staff, my wife and I had a great time at this Embassy Suites property! Although the property was undergoing renovation on a couple of floors at the time, the staff made every effort to avoid inconvenience to guests. In addition to allowing early check-in (as we arrived earlier than anticipated) and assisting with discount vouchers, Alex was also kind enough to allow us a late checkout. And, the buffet breakfast offerings (including the cook-to-order option) would compete with those at many 5-star hotels. Additional thank you goes to the Manager on duty on day of check-out who was kind enough to lend us his ice scraper so we could use to clear our car which was caked under about a foot of snow! You guys are a credit to the hotel brand!!
