I read all of the negative reviews before I booked, but I decided to try it anyway. This was by far the best Best Western I've ever stayed in. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was great, my room was fantastic and I love the amenities and the ducks in the pond behind the hotel :-). If I ever go that direction again, I would definitely stay there! I don't have anything negative to say about my experience there, but I will say that if you need to be near restaurants, shops, or anything like that it's not going to be there. But Uber and Lyft work just fine so it's worth it. Thank you Best Western for an amazing stay.

The facility was nice, clean and staff were friendly. My sunset room was misleading and the only view was a wall! I also did not realize that the sun does not set over the ocean there! The major problem was the Beach was covered with rock piles apparently to ease the erosion, this destroyed the aesthetics and we had to walk about a mile to a clear beach. Also most shopping and dining was a little too far to walk to and transportation was needed. Parking was $27 per night. All said and done we still had a great time, the weather was perfect , the hotel was good, but I would choose a different location next time.

Room was well maintained and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Staff were friendly, eager to help and courteous. The pool looked nice although we didn't use it. Poolside bar was a bit limited, but served our needs well. The hotel is a block off the beach and close to restaurants and small local shops. The vibe was relaxed. We hadn't intended to spend much time on the property, so the place more than suited our needs. If you are looking for a lavish resort, this is not the place, but if you are looking for a comfortable room with friendly staff and plan to chart your own itinerary, it works great. Suggest you book during a period when college kids haven't booked up a lot of the rooms during either school breaks or athletic competition. The noice detracted a bit from our experience on the last two days of a one week stay with some late night noise. All in all, however, we were very satisfied with our stay.

The room was fairly clean, but there were some awful spots on the floor that made is seem VERY dirty. and I looked under the bed as my cat was there, and it was filthy. I was there with my cat (the only reason I stayed at your pet-friendly hotel) as my house was tented for termites. I expected they would allow me back at my home by 1:00 at the latest, but they said 2:00 or after. I asked the front desk for an extension until 2:00 pm and explained problem because I have no place for my cat during that time except in the car with me. They allowed until 1:00 which is standard upon request, but would not allow until 2 pm. I explained that I would allow them in the room to clean, have everything out except us and that I would pay extra for the hour. The supervisor said NO because of occupancy laws. I am here to tell you that during that hour, the place probably wasn't 10% full and during this time of year I doubt you are ever full. I owned a motel for 3 1/2 yrs. so am a little familiar. Was greatly disappointed by the lack of consideration. I booked early, didn't sneak in my animal as many do, and tried every possible helpful way for the motel to maintain their ability to rent the room out by 3:00 p.m if they needed to, but NO. So NO, I will not recommend Quality Suites again. A little kindness goes a long way. BTW, the girls at the font desk were very nice.

simple story, I made a reservation a week in advance, specifically wanted a room on the 6th floor with ocean view. i arrived at 10 am that saturday,1 night, and was told my room wouldnt be ready until after 4 pm.. instead the put on the third floor facing their rooftop of the second floor... really sad that I paid full price for something I didnt want.. oh an valet billed me 2 cars aswell..I only had one.. quality of a 1 star hotel
